We both spun around looking for the source of the sound. "Who's there?" Quince shouted. His wolf was ready to come out and take full control. I felt my hairs at the back of my neck stand as another branch snapped. But from behind an old oak tree...walked out a small girl. Stacy. Her small body was shaking as she stood there in fear. Her eyes were wide and formed tears that were threatening to spill. Me and Quince looked at each other and slowly relaxed.

Our eyes were now on the small girl before us. Her lips were trembling and her hair was in a mess showing that she had just gotten out of bed. My heart cleched at the sight and I knew that I needed to comfort her. I crouched down and smiled.

"Hi there, Stacy. Did you just get out of bed?" I asked in a quiet voice. She looked down and I saw tears falling down her small and chubby cheeks.
Her tears continued to fall as I stood up and walked towards her. I placed both of my hands on both sides of her face and wiped the tears. "Hey...it's okay. You just scared us that's all." I wispered. "It's okay." I heard the crunch of leaves as the large masculine figure crouched beside me. He placed a hand on Stacys' shoulder and looked at me. I sighed and closed my eyes. I remember when I was just like her. I smiled and opened my eyes. "Why don't we go back inside. It's getting cold out here." I said as I took Stacy's hand and lightly tugged on it. Quince followed soon after and grabbed her left hand and tugged. A little bit less...gentle than mine. Which caused her to stumble. "Hey!" I said as I caught the small girl in my arms. Quince stood there with his eyes wide and mouth partly open. "Hmph." I grumbled under my breath as I began walking toward the...building.

"No!" She shouted struggling against my hold. My arms tightened around her small frame as to prevent her from falling. "I want to see you shift!" She screamed in my ear. I turned to Quince and gave him an unsure look. The ones like 'she-screamed-in-my-effing-ear-and-now-I-can't-hear-anything' kind of look.

He laughed and took Stacy.
"Okay. If that's fine with the queen." He said and looked at me. "Is it?" I sighed and rubbed my fave with my hand. "Sure. But let's not go too far...just in case."

And so...Quince put Stacy down and told her to stay put. Me and Quince walked behind a tree and took our clothes off. I closed my eyes and began counting as I felt my bones get dislocated and shift.

1...I felt and heard my bones start to crack and dislocate as I began shifting ...2...growl...how could he shift so fast?

3...

I opened my eyes and turned towards Quinces wolf. His was gigantic compared to Jadic's. The size of a true alpha. God I love this man. His blood red fur coat looked deadly in the moonlight. Hell, it looked deadly everywhere! His right front paw was black and so was his ears and the left side of his face. His wolf looked at me and stalked towards me.

Is this not fun? He asked through our mind link.

It is. But do NOT forget about Stacy.

His wolf wimpered and nudged it's head on my neck. Unlike his blood red wolf my wolf had a darker shade of red, almost black. It was barely noticable during the night since there isn't any light reflscting off of my fur but during the day it looked even scarier. Trust me, it did. We began stalking our way towards Stacy. Her eyes looked up from the ground and she screamed.

I'm starting to think that this wasn't a good idea, love.

Oh,shut up you useless dog.

Ouch.

I took small steps towards Stacy. My ears were flat on my head and my tail was in between my legs as to not look threatening. Stacy soon calmed down and her heartbeat soon returned to normal. I lowered my head to level with her small frame. "Who are you?" She asked. She was confused.
I turned towards Quince.
