"So there are more creatures than vampires, mages and werewolves?"
"Yes, there are also healers, shapeshifters, mermaids and loads of other supernaturals."
"Do all supernationals have soulmates?"
"It's supernaturals..."
"Super...super...creatures!"
"Fine...well...it's a yes and no. Just werewolves...but some supernaturals have the ability to choose who they want to be with and once the two agree they create this bond which eventualy forms into an unconditional one. Like the ones werewolves have. Do you understand?"
"Yes...do you have a mate?"
"no...I do not."
"Then what are Quincie and Laque?"
"...a work in progress..."
"What supernational are you?"
"...I don't know, Aristashia..."
I don't know...
I woke up just to be blinded by a painful ray of light coming from the open window. I was laying down on a small twin sized bed with a white bedsheet and a satin blue blanket. My right arm felt heavier than normal and but when I turned to look and find out why, Aristashia was using it as her pillow.
Her brown hair was all messed up and looked like a bird's nest. She looked absolutely adorable! Her rosy pink lips were parted slightly as a small strand of her hair cascaded down on her face. I tucked the strand of hair behind her ear and slowly got off the bed as not to wake her.
I quickly opened the door and left her to sleep. I needed to attend to some business about the two fools who I had caught looking at me the day before. I realized that I was still in my emerald night gown which showed too much skin so I had decided to go to my room and change.
I quickly took off my night gown and put on a black t-shirt which hugged my body like my own skin showing off my curves. I then put on a deep blue skinny jean and a black pair of boots which reached up until the middle of my legs. And I finished the outfit off with a black choker which had a skull at the front. Was I an emo fourteen-year-old? Yes. Yes I was. Atleast when it came to clothes.
I left my room not bothering to close the door and began jogging towards the dining room. As I entered the room I saw Quince and Laquence glaring at each other. I groaned and smacked both of their heads.
"Let's go! I can't wait to start dislocating jaws!" I exclaimed enthusiastically and grabbed them by their collars. I opened the large doors which lead to the back. I smiled as the sense of pine wood filled my nose. The garden was as beautiful as always with a large collection of flowers from roses to herb and spices. The fountain in the middle of the large courtyard which supplied the plants with water as the water flowed underground and to every section of the yard. It even had a small pond for the wildlife such as ducks, swans, squirrels and frogs. The walls were covered with moss and vines which cascaded down them.
I saw a few humans and vampires tending to the plants. The vampires hated this job as it meant that they needed to be under the sun which weakened them and turned them to be like a human. Not that I have anything against human it's just the fact that they are weak and it's humerous to see supernaturals struggling to cope without their abilities.
But what could they do?
I am their queen. They had no choice but to listen to what I say and order them to do and I control what they eat, where they sleep, how they live and what they do. Some of them glanced up but after realizing it was me and immediately looked straight back down to the ground.
