He hates lying alone on the hotel bed, just watching Michael stand by the window and take photos for his Instagram. Despite how Tyler is adamantly just friends with Michael (he thinks), he has to admit that he looks cute doing peace signs against the evening sunlight.
Finally, he stops and sits back down with a light smile, before angling his camera to take a photo of the two of them.
"Heart filter? Really?" Tyler raises an eyebrow.
Michael shrugs a little, smiling still as he saves the picture to his fake Snapchat and downloads it.

"You are kind of cute, aren't you?" Tyler says under his breath, and he's never seen Michael's head snap around so fast.
"Not at all. Don't deserve to be cute." Michael replies lightly, without even a slight amount of sadness in his voice. It breaks Tyler's heart a hell of a lot to consider how Michael's told himself that he's worthless so much that it's just a fact to him now.
"You're perfect, Mikey." He says quietly, and their subsequent eye contact is far from what they're used to. "I don't know how you can't see that."
And maybe the only reason Tyler never wanted to consider dating Michael is because of all the repercussions from if anything bad ever happens between them, and maybe it'd all be OK if the two of them are OK.
Slowly, carefully, Tyler shuffles across so he's sat directly next to Michael, pretending not to notice the small grin that he's clearly trying to hide.
"Never kissed a guy before." He mumbles, and Michael laughs. "Neither have I. It's fine."
It feels as though Tyler has forgotten literally any way to do anything romantic as Michael kisses him softly, but if he had to describe perfection, that would probably be it.
It is definitely way too soon for Tyler to say he's in love. But he is.
