Chapter 10

🌸Jacob

We pull up to a big gate and he pressed a button and waved to the camera. The gate buzzed open and pulled in to drive way of this big ass house. "Wow." I can feel my jaw drop all the way to China. "Close your mouth babe is not attractive." He laughs. I hit his chest softly and laugh. "Is this your house?"

"Yes, well it's my parents, but if I wanted to I could buy a house like this." I roll my eyes. "Really how would you do that." I'm pretty sure he doesn't have a job like most rich kids. "Life insurance." Is all he said then left the car. He opened my door and I get out. "Life insurance?"

"Ya, so the human don't know about us we fake our death then the money goes to the closest relatives, then they give you back the money then you start over with a new life same first different last name. It goes on forever." Wait how old is he? "180." I really hate when he reads my mind! "Sorry I'll try not to do it."

I narrow my eyes at him and he smirks playfully. "What are we doing here anyways?" The big front doors open by a old man in a black suit. "Welcome home sir." He bowed. "Wadsworth, I told you to call me Sebastian." Then he turns to me. "We are here because school is boring, now come on." He pulled my arm, leading me down a long empty hallway. There was some painting, but only a few.

Sebastian opened a door for me he turns on the lights. It was a big home movie theater. There was a popcorn machine, candy that you find at movie theaters, and fountain soda machine. I look at the chairs to see recliners with pillows and blankets on them. In the middle was a loveseat of all the recliners.

"So what movie do you want to watch?" I look towards him to see he was making the popcorn. "Um what movies do you have?" He laughs. "All of them." I raise a brow at him. "All of them?" He rolls his eyes. "Well I could buy the movie so I say all of them."

"Well tell me what movies you have." I don't want him to buy a movie plus I want to watch a movie I hope he'll like. "I'll watch any movie so just tell me a movie." I glare at him he said he wasn't going to read my mind again. He laughs "Sorry. Now what movie."

"Umm Deadpool?" I like that movie and it's popular so he might already have it. He grabs the remote and typed in Deadpool. It popped up and he clicked on. Then he hit the buy button. Damn it! The popcorn started popping. "What kind of soda do you want?"

"Dr. Pepper please." I then hear the fizz of the soda coming out. He handed me the Dr. Pepper. "You can go sit on the couch." I went a sat on it and the movie started playing. He then came and sat down. He handed me the bucket of popcorn and I eat it happily. "It is really ok for us skipping school like this?"

"It's fine my parents won't be home for a long time." He then put his arm around me and pulled me closer. "Are we dating?"
