Ruby's POV(also time skip to where the gang other then you of course have spoken to professor Leo)

"DAD IS HE OK? " Asked a kid that has Brown  like hair and greenish eyes as he ran into the room professor Ozpin replys with "Yes Oscar he will be fine"

A/n by the way Oscar is also the adopted son of Oz and he uses a cane just like Oz

That is his weapon it is a cane just like His fathers and also he can detach the pistol handle and use it just like General Ironwood he is very skilled at useing his revolver he actually has sparred and won against general Ironwood before

"Professor not trying to be rude but who is he?" He replied with "sorry miss Rose but this is my other adopted son Oscar Pines he is only here because he is worried about Y/n no need to be hostile" I then look down to see I had Crescent Rose at the ready I dropped it "I'm so sorry I was just....." I felt a pair of hands on my shoulders "it's ok you were just doing what dad told you too" As I looked Into the greenish like boy's eyes I started to get lost he was carrying I almost attacked him and he is ok with that I feel safe with him around

A/n I totally would ship Oscar and Ruby in the anime if Ozpin was not in Oscars body so I'm shipping them in my story because Ozpin is not in his body

He finally noticed he had his hand on me and jumped back " I'm sorry I just thought you needed some sort of support because he's your brother and all" He said quickly I looked down and he asked "are you ok I didn't mean anything bad if I said something to offend you I started to wave my hands in front of me saying " Oh you didn't do anything it's just that even though he is basically my brother I didn't treat him like one" His worried smile became some what an angry face and he asked very calmly " So you was one of the ones to abuse him? " It sent shivers down my spin before I could say anything I was "yes Oscar she was one of the ones who abused him but they have come to a little agreement" He looked at Professor Ozpin " DAD THEY HURT Y/N ARE YOU GOING TO DO ANY!?????? " he was interrupted "HE DIDN'T WANT ME TO DO ANYTHING TO THEM" We were both shocked at his sudden outburst bit he continued "he told me to not expel Ruby or Yang and other things" Oscar's expression changed to one that was confused "He didn't want me to do anything about it because even though they did that to him he still wants them to stay because he stills has a heart" Oscar pulls out his cane from his belt and says "yeah well he might have his little deal with them but I don't and they will pay for hurting my brother" He took it apart and pointed the the pistol at me and I see him pull the Trigger and the gun goes off "RUBBBBBY!?!?" I hear uncle Qrow yell I close my eyes and clench my fists waiting for the bullet to hit me I know I deserve it I think

Qrow POV

I had just gotten out of the bed room and I start to hear Oscar he says something like "yeah well he might have his little deal with them but I don't" He said in a tone that I didn't like he then took his cane off of his Belt took off the pistol and pointed it at Ruby he pulls the trigger "RUBBBBBY!?!?" I yell why the hell is she just standing there I thought in my head but all we hear is a ring like the bullet was blocked by something and we see Y/n standing there useing W/n to reflect the bullet we were amazed at how quickly he got out of his mind trial " Thank you Oscar for standing up for me but there is no need for violence you were always the best big brother I have ever had" He said

Oscar replied back with "I.... I'm sorry Y/n but they did something no one should ever do to a child and you did nothing I'm sorry I don't know what came over me" Y/n said back "don't say sorry to me say sorry to her" He said pointing to Ruby who was crying seeing her brother alive he gave a smirk and Said looking at Ruby "You glad to see me?" Is a way he would never talk to Ruby he was trying to flirt with her but he looked drunk I mean if I can't see that he's drunk then I can't call myself a drinker I thought Ruby blushed at what he said but continued to cry into his chest while also banging on his chest you know like every anime girl

Oz, Oscar and I were shocked at what he was doing while Ruby was to Concerrated on crying she didn't notice he was holding her I went to take out my flask but couldn't find it so I walked into the room where he was and saw my flask was empty "DAMN HE DRANK IT ALL" Every came in the room " What happened Qrow" asked Oz "HE FUCKING DRANK ALL OF IT!!!!" of said pointing at my flask "well that does explain why he is hugging Ruby Right now" Said Oscar "I'm going to go get it refilled" Oscar replied back with "be safe Qrow" I yelled back " I will " As I left to refill my flask and look for Hunstmen to ask for help

Oscar POV
As Qrow left me and dad went back in to the room where Ruby and Y/n were but all we found was Y/n's clothes on the floor hhis shirt,  his pants but the only thing that wasn't there was his underwear

Dad and I hear like a scream ,so we both start to run to the room not knowing what they are doing and we run into the bedroom to see him on the bed with Ruby tending to his wounds that were all over his body
