Dangit Brain...

Okay, so for the longest time I didn't know what OC stands for. And when I was told what it was, I must've forgotten not long after cus I still didn't know what it meant. I knew what an OC was, but not the abbreviation. XD

So I was in the car, on the way back from my beach trip, and I was talking to my sister about Taylor's personality and experiences because she was interested. She and I are very close and have similar fanfiction ideas. So while I was explaining Taylor to her, the oldest of my three younger brothers, who a row ahead of me, turns around and says, "Who are you talking about?" (Because he is very nosy.)

I turned around and said, "Taylor," simply.

He gave me a weird look. "Who's that?"

I told him it was my OC and then said, "Don't ask me what an OC stands for cus I have no idea."

My sister, who was sitting next to me, gives me a weird look and says, "It stands for own character. I know I've told you this before."

"Whoops, you're right, I remember now. Sorry."

So, my brain really struggles to keep up sometimes. I wonder how I can make such good grades with the excuse of a mind...
