Third Person POV.

Sesshomaru walked aimlessly in the dirt road, the gentle breeze swept around him, making his hair and boa (Is that what it's called?) flow with it.

He stared off in the distance, deep in thought. His eyes fixated on what is up ahead.

"Master Jaken." Rin started, breaking the silence.

"Ugh, what is it now?!" Jaken complained, he was clearly annoyed.

"Want to play a game?" Rin ask, smiling.

"I have no time to play your silly games!! We have to concentrate on the road!!" The imp replied irritatedly.

"So, no games?" The child asked innocently.

"No!"

"But it's boring" Rin complained to the imp and kept bugging him until the Demon Lord commanded the imp to play with the young girl since they have taken a short break.

Jaken grumbled and complained on how his life was so unfair, following a rock flying towards the unsuspecting imp and hitting him behind the head.

The small imp landed with an "oof" and started to ask...or likely screamed on who threw the rock at him. He screamed and cursed to who was the unsuspecting culprit.

Cold sweat dripped from his forehead when he felt golden eyes burned at the back of his head. He turned around and saw his Lord glaring coldly at him.

The imp dropped to his knees and begged for forgiveness, fortunately, despite his screamed curses, Rin was out of hearing distance which earned him some mercy from the Demon Lord.

"Master Jaken"

"What is it?"

"Why do you have a bruise on your head?"

As the child said, there was a fairly large bruise on the side of Jaken's head.

"Long story" The imp sighed miserably.

"Careful Master Jaken, you're gonna sigh all your happiness!"

"Not again" The imp grumbled.

LE TIME SKIP~

Sesshomaru watched as the last bit of light from the sun disappeared from the horizon, now the moon less sky has replaced the sun and the starts twinkled.

"Jaken, Rin"

"Yes?" The two said in sync.

"Gather wood and food, we're camping here."

The two nodded there heads and ran in search of the needed supplies. A few minutes later, they have returned, in hand, Both successfully have the supplies their Lord requested and called it a night.

Well only for the duo.

Once Sesshomaru heard the two snores, he went through the forest and followed a specific scent.

His Brother's Scent, however confusion ate at Sesshomaru's curiosity, as his brother's scent started to change, it was like human..far too human.

He walked aimlessly in the moon less night (forgot to tell y'all that it was the time of the month were Inuyasha turns to a human) as he went to the direction of his brother's village.

However, he caught a new scent in the air, it smelled like a calm spring morning, like a thousand cherry trees were surrounding you.

Sesshomaru recognize this scent, his eyes went wide and his mouth slightly parted to release a quiet gasp.

'This has to be her scent, I'm sure of it'

Sesshomaru made a mad dash through the trees, his hair was whipping behind him. He swiftly dodged the large plantations that were in his way.

Sesshomaru soon stopped and hid behind a large oak tree, he just had to make sure that it was really her.

A soft melodic laughed reached his ears, his golden eyes widened in shock, his right arm reached towards his ajar mouth.

'Sakura?'
