A quick note; The reason Katsuki didn't used his Quirk is that it was sudden and he wasn't allowed to use it without a hero license, if he uses it he will be in a big trouble and might be claimed as a villain. All he thought of was Izuku and couldn't think of harming anyone especially Izuku's feeling because at least some one will get hurt if he does or doesn't use a Quirk. Thank you, enjoy. :)

Midoriya's P. O. V
"KACCHAN!!!! " I shouted at the top of my lungs begging as tears fall down hoping this was all just a big dream.
"No no no no Please NO! KACCHAN!!! YOU CAN'T PLEASE!!! I BEGGED! KACCHAN!!!" I ran over to him, his body is soaked with blood.
"D-deku listen, I'm strong I will always be your hero no matter what happens, I don't care if you can't remember the 'US' we used to be. I will always l-lo" I sobbed down and fell onto my knees. Kacchan cupped my cheeks and his hands slowly dropping as he gently closing his eyes.
"Please! Help him! " There is a crowd surrounding us. Everyone is looking feeling scared.
"boy calm down the ambulance will arrive soon. Is the driver ok? " A traffic police came out of the crowds.
"I-im fine" The driver came out soon with a terrified face.
"My mom gonna kill me I just got this car" his car is actually fancy and expensive but how could he feel no shame?!
"Hey can't you just concentrate and follow the rules! 'Cause you are over the speed limits! Feel some consideration for other people and fu*king have a heart! Your more SELFISH than the definition of it! " I couldn't control my emotions and ended up someone from behind uses his quirk on me. Soon the siren turns to echoes and slowly fading away along with my vision.
"I'm sorry but this is best for everyone" "I'm sorry" Was all I heard before I'm out of consciousness.

I felt light shining through and hitting my face more than normal, I know it wasn't the morning light but it was more like afternoon light.
I open my eyes and adjust myself to the surrounding.
"Mmmm. Kacchan" I softly spoken out.
"Kacchan"
"Kacchan! " But when I realized what have happened I look around and asking to myself, 'where am I ' it isn't Gran Torino's house or mine or anyone I know, so I jumped out of bed as quick as I could and ran into the hallways.
"Hey hey Izuku calm down! " I heard someone in the background. My vision was blurred, my ears won't listen and turn everything into echoes, my mouth won't speak, my mind was only focusing on Kacchan.
I kept on running but I accidentally ran into the wall and I fell down. I couldn't think.
"There you are" I couldn't make out who it is, so I ignored and sobbed on my knees.
"Hey there's nothing to worry about Izuku kun, he's... Better. "
I slowly lifted my face off of my knees. "Doctor Houjinshi? " He's thee only doctor that I could think of right now.
"Yep that's me. Ouch does that hurt? " He pointed towards my bleeding forhead.
"N-no" I wiped it off with my hands and ignored the amount of it.
