You've Got That One Thing (A One Direction Fanfic) Chapter 3

Louis' POV

When Alicia and Samantha came back from their chat, Alicia started to walk my way but then stopped and turned towards Harry. I figured she just wanted to say something to Harry but after she stayed with him instead of coming here with me. I had a feeling inside of me that I did'nt like neither did I like Alicia so close to Harry like that. She seemed so happy, I wanted to be the one that made her smile that beautiful smile of hers. Everytime I tried to catch my glance she seemed like she was ignoring me. If she was, I don't know what I did to get her to ignore me but I did'nt want it to last any longer. I got off the sofa and walked towards Harry and Alicia who seemed to be quite happy. ''Alicia, can I talk to you?'' I asked her, she hesitantly nodded. She got up after she whispered something into Harry's ear, which just made the feeling that was in my insides stronger, could it be jealousy?. After Harry nodded and smiled, Alicia followed me into my room.

''Did I do something wrong?'' I asked right when we got inside my room, when I knew no one could hear our conversation. ''No, of course not! Why would you think that?'' She said. ''Then why are you ignoringme?'' I raised my voice slightly. ''I-I'm not..'' She awnsered with less confidence. ''Yes you are, what did I do? Please be honest'' I pleased. ''Honestly, how long until you were planning on telling me?'' She asked. I was confused on what she was talking about. ''What.. what do you mean?'' I asked. ''Let's just say I might've fallen for a boy from a worldwide boyband eh?'' After that she left.

 I could'nt believe it, I knew I should've told her but I did'nt know if she'd treat me the same. But not only that but also I thought if she did'nt know about One Direction then I had a bigger chance of protecting from all the paparazzi and hate that my last girlfriend got, Eleanor. We had to breakup cause of all the hate she's gotten, it's incredible how much just a breakup can change everything. After a year that we had together it also added more hate and she could'nt handle it anymore, So we decided to see if we broke up then see if the hate would stop, it did. We decided it would've been best for us to take a break but then she found another guy, one that would bring happiness and especially no hate to her, I was happy for her but I just hoped I'd find someone too soon and I did, it was Alicia.

When I walked to the living room, I asked the boys and Samantha where Alicia went. ''She said she needed some air and she'd come back in less than fifteen'' Samanthat spoke. I just nodded and walked towards the closet near the door and grabbed my jacket and went out to go find Alicia.

I walked to the park near the flat to see if she was there. I saw a figure on the swing in the playground. When I got closer I realized it was Alicia. I ran up to the swing set, ''Alicia!'' I yelled to her. I saw she turned her head slightly, she looked shocked to see me here. I bent down in front of her and I noticed she had a few tears running down her rosy cheeks. I wiped her tears away with my thumb. ''I'm so sorry for not telling you..'' I whispered. She looked at me and hugged me, I was surprised at first but then I embraced her back. ''Don't worry, I overreacted'' She said gently. ''No you did'nt overreact, I should've told you but the point is, is that I've fallen for you too..'' I leaned down kissed her lips softly, I pulled her off the swing without breaking the kiss and sat down on the swing with her sitting on me with her legs wrapped around my waist. As we deepened the kiss I could'nt get over the sparks that were sparkling all over my body. ''Let's go back to the house'' She said almost as quiet as a whisper once she backed away from our quite intense kiss that I did not want to end.

Once we got back, the boys were just watching some recaps of Friends. The telly seemed of caught Alicia's eye so I decided to bring her into the living room with the boys and Samantha. Honestly I was surprised to see that Samantha was still here, either she waited for her best friend to come back to see if she's okay or she's gotten a bit more than friendly with Harry over there. Alicia sat between Liam and I, beside Ŀiam was Zayn and on the other sofa was Samantha, Harry and Niall. Samantha decided that we should watch a movie since it was still early and also it did'nt seem like we had anything better to do. Everyone agreed on a Horror movie, even though Alicia seemed quite uneasy the idea. When Liam put in some horror movie in, I noticed Alicia and Samantha looking at eachother, it seemed like they were having some girl talk within their eyes..

During The Woman in Black, Alicia cuddled against me, which I did'nt complain about. She seemed really scared and at one of the most thrilling parts I think she almost cried but I knew she refused to just the facial expression you saw on her face you can tell what she was thinking. After I thought she had enough I whispered in her ear saying that we should go in my room since it was obvious she did'nt want to know what happens in the end. i brought bridal style since she seemed a bit uneasy for walking. She just cuddled her head in the crook of my neck, which I really liked.

When we got in my room I layed her down on my bed. ''Are you gonna stay overnight?'' I asked her hoping she'd say yes. "I don't have any clothes though'' ''I'll lend you some of my clothes, only if you want to though'' I insisted. She smiled ''Okay if it's okay with you and the boys'' she said. ''Of Course it's okay with me and all the rest of the boys as well, I'm sure'' I walked towards my drawers and grabbed a baggy shirt for her to sleep in. After I got out of my room for her to get changed. When she said come in she was already underneath the duvet of my queen sized bed. I stripped down to my boxers and went and layed beside Alicia. I wrapped my arm around her waist and kissed the top of her head. ''Goodnight, love'' I whispered before her lids slid close signaling she's fallen asleep.
