His presence,

His eyes.

Her attitude,

Her thighs.

The lies unspoken,

blanketed in solemn silence.

The eyes can't unsee,

what haunts them still.

Her lungs can't breathe,

her face goes pale.

Under the light,

of a thousand stars,

the people are screaming,

this is war.

To win a war,

is to slaughter.

Her reward,

was his smile.

Her heart can't speak the lengths it loves.

Her hair can't fall the way she wants.

Though shes weak,

and hard to love.

Her hearts made of gold,

but glass to the touch.
