I behold you
Shining in the
dark alleyway Of life
Illuminating the paths
Standing unmoved
Among smoke and rain
Your hand stretched out
To hold mine
And to lead out of darkness
When the evening dawns
And dusk covers the earth
You rise like the polestar
Unmoved and unfazed
By the happenings of the world
And I rise to watch you
In your fullness
"Let's go into the night"
You say "this known world
Can't satisfy you anymore"
The waves of happenings
Wash the shores of my being
And we watch the world
Rise and fall
Blossoming in spring
And shedding leaves in winter
Time goes on to wither
We become one
Through the eternal union
We were always one
The separation
Was nothing but an illusion
