Chap 7: Snow

Emma's POV

"I have to go help her!" I shout after hearing Annie scream.

"No, my job is to protect you" Zayn said holding me back. I squirmed out from under his grip around my waist trying to go save my baby sister.

"Then I'll stay here and you go help them!!!" I shout.

"Fine, but stay here" He says and lets me go. I see him race off to the fight and I stand in the cold air and worry.

Annie's POV

I scream as a werewolf attacks me. I try and push the werewolf off of me but I'm unable to. Niall comes to my rescue and kicks the wolf off off me. I thank him as he helps me to my feet. Then Zayn joins into the fight. Where's Emma?

"Zayn, where's..."

"She's right over here" I here a menacing voice speak.

Everyone turns around and sees Luke holding a knife to Emma's neck. Harry looks as if his world's just ended.

"Let her go!" Harry hisses. Luke holds the knife closer to her neck and Emma wimpers.

"If I can't have her, then no one can." Luke growls.

"You wouldn't dare." I hiss.

"True, I couldn't kill her, at least not like this" Luke says. He drops the knife and points his finger at her and moves it upwards. Emma begins to hover 10 feet in the air. She screams and begs him to put her down.

"Please I'll do anything just leave her be" Harry begs.

"Sorry Harry, it's too late for her" Luke says. Then he pushes her over a bit, so she is hovering over the center of a large lake, that's frozen over at the edges.

"Luke don't you dare!" Liam hisses.

"Say good-bye boys," Luke says and drops Emma from 10 feet above the fozen lake. She screams as she goes falling into the frozen lake. I watch helplessly on the sidelines as Harry runs and jumps into the lake after her.

"She's human Harry don't waste your time, no human can survive that much cold!" Luke shouts after Harry. Harry please, save my sister...

Emma's POV

I scream as I fall into the freezing cold water. My human body begins to shut down and I can't move to swim to the surface. I close my eyes and let the darkness over take my vision. Then I feel somthing wrap around my waist and pulling me up. We break the surface and I begin to choke and cough and shiver uncontrolably. Harry picks me up and lays me down on the cold freezing ground.

"You can win this one, One Direction, but we'll be back!" Luke shouts and runs off.

"Emma, oh Emma are you alright?!?" Harry asks.

"S.s.ss..sss..ooo....cold....." I say my teeth chattering. Liam kneels over by me and feels my forehead.

"Harry, she's freezing, it might by hyperthermia we need to warm her up now!" Liam snaps. I close my eyes, suddenly feeling tired.

"No no Emma, you can't do that, stay awake" Liam says. I slowly nod and open my eyes.

"Well, what the hell are you guys waiting for, take her back to your flat now!" Annie snaps. Harry nods and begins to run. I close my eyes for a moment, and in the next moment im laying on the couch covered in a bunch of blankets.

"Your awake" Harry says smiling at me. I give a faint smile back, and then I sneezed. I was handed a tissue and sneezed again. I began to shiver again.
