Chap 16 Safe

Annie's POV

The boys went out to do something as I sat on the couch and rocked Kara. Niall comes in and sits next to me looking at Kara.

"She been exposed to vampires a lot..she'll turn pretty fast." Niall said and snaked his arm around my waist and pulled me to him. I sigh and look at Kara.

"Love what's wrong?" He whispered.

"I notice you've been acting strange and I wanna know what's behind it." I look at him with a sad and painful expression.

"I-I-I don't know! Something's not right?! I'm scared Niall, someone's after us. I'm scared." I weep in his shoulder as he rubbed my back.

"I'm here. I'll protect you." Hw repeated him my ear. After I was out of tears, me and Niall went to my house and gather some of me and Kara's belongings. as we were heading back a felt and small breeze making me jump.

"It's alright, just the wind." Niall said and picked me up.

"Niall! Put me down!" He sets he things down and starts twirling me around and throwing me in the air. I hear a loud screeching noise making me wince. It continues, making me knee to the ground. I look up at Niall, he was yelling but I couldn't hear with the screeching sound growing louder. I shut my eyes tightly as the noise faded off. I roll on the ground trying to catch my breath.

"Annie! Hang in there!" Niall said and crouched down to my level. I waved and pushed him away. I got up with Niall's help. I felt really dizzy and tripped from time to time. When we made it in tent I passed out on the couch.

Emma's POV

Something was happening outside. Me and Harry were in our own tent, he wanted me to rest. He's being really careful about me and this baby, scared something is going to happen, and I know something will. I sat in bed trying to get some rest. I hear the door creak open, incomes to Tori.

"Hey Em, how's the baby? I heard you told Harry. Does Annie know?" She keeps asking questions too fast to answer.

"Slow down Tori, I'm not going anywhere." I said quietly. She shuts her mouth and looks at me weird but shakes it off and smiles.

"You look tired, do you want anything before I leave?" I shake my head and she leaves. I haven't really seen her around. I look at the ceiling slowly drifting off to sleep.

Liam's POV

I went to Niall's tent to check up on Annie. Apparently she heard something and passed out. I checked her ears, nothing. I pull on her shirt but look at Niall for permission. He nods and I take off her shirt revealing her chest and a wound on her right arm. I examine it and finally conclude a spell dart.

Just like a spell dagger but this can do any spell. For Annie this was a sonic sound spell.

"She's ok, she got shot with a spell dart. It's temporary so that's good." I push myself up as patted him shoulder. He nods and pays his attention on Annie. I leave and head to Harry's tent. When I went on a felt something wasn't right. I ran to Emma's room, she was sleeping soundly. I sniffed the air, I couldn't really make out the scent. It was familiar... Where Harry?! I shook my head and pull up a seat next to Emma.

She really is beautiful when she sleeps. I grab her hand and hold it in mine. Her hand is warm...but not as warm as it should be. She has a small baby bump, but you could hardly tell because of Harry's shirt. Oh how it killed me to see her in 'his' shirt. I wish she was mine...and only mine...I know she loves me...she has said it to me before...
