I opened one sleepy eye to the shrill noise of my wake up call, otherwise known as my alarm. "Just five more minutes" I groaned, slapping the top of the machine several times before I successfully shut it up. I glared at it. "Stupid alarm.." I muttered, still death-staring the small-ish box. I read the time "Huh.. only 8:30- WAIT IT'S 8:30?! I'M GONNA BE LATE ON MY FIRST DAY!!!" I rolled out of my bed onto the floor with an 'Oof!' and quickly got up.

I grabbed my new school uniform and speedily changed. I dashed down the corridor towards the bathroom. "Aaaagh noooo I can't be late!" I screamed, pounding on the door of the room which was - yet again - occupied by my sister, Penelope.

"Hang on! I'm nearly done with my brows!!" She yelled back. Obviously she would be doing her makeup even though she didn't need it, she was going to an office job not a pageant! "Penny please hurry up! I'm gonna be late for my first day at my new school" I whined, wanting her to be done already. She flung open the door to reveal a full face of makeup. "What D'you think?" Penelope queried but I pushed past her and locked the door. I was really in a hurry. I grabbed my toothbrush and the mint toothpaste and began using them to scrub my teeth clean. I rushed downstairs, quickly grabbing a piece of toast from the side and putting it in my mouth. I ran over to the door, pulled on my coat and flung my bag on my back before my mother stopped me. "Sweetie dear, you have toothpaste on your new uniform already" she sighed. My mother left the room and re-entered with a damp cloth. She dabbed at the material till the toothpaste was no longer visible. I took a bite out of my toast "Thanks Mum" I gulped down the food and smiled "Cya later!"
I left my house and started walking to school. I already knew the way due to visiting it the previous week. Finishing my toast, I gazed up at the sakura trees lining the walk-way, their blossoms swaying ever so slightly in the cool breeze. Glancing down at my wrist I realised I had forgotten my watch. It didn't matter though since I had my phone and the time was on there. I glanced down at my phone screen. "9:00.. I'M LATEEEE!" I started sprinting towards the school, not even stopping for short breaks. I was so determined to get there that I did not even realise the growing pain in my legs. Finally arriving at the building, I noticed that the gates were shut and the grounds were empty. I was definitely late, school was supposed to start at 8:35. I dragged myself to the Reception so I could sign in. I found myself face to face with a tall-ish female teacher. "Your mother said that you might be late and her predictions seem to be correct.." I watched as the teacher frowned "That will not be tolerated in the future, make sure you get to school on time. Okay?" I nodded, mainly out of fear of the stricken woman. "Miss Kang will escort you to your lesson" said the teacher, gesturing to a tall-ish girl, with a brunette pixie cut, about my own age. "Hi, I'm Jaehee" the girl said. Despite her tidiness and orderly aura, I could tell that me and Jaehee would be good, if not - best, friends. "Oh okay! I'm MC" I grinned and outstretched a hand. She took it and we shook. We left the office and entered the school grounds. Gasping, I gazed at all the tall, glossy buildings, surrounded by more cherry blossoms and bright green shrubbery. "Wow!" was all I could manage to say. "Amazing, right?" Jaehee smirked pridefully. "More than that!" I exclaimed, practically drooling over the unbelievably astounding campus. She led me to a building - not quite as tall as the others but still considerably large - that I had seen on my way in. "This building is where your main classroom will be situated." She smiled. "There's just a short while more we need to go before we reach it!" I smiled in return and nodded, loving every bit of this girl's enthusiasm. The pristine glass doors slid open with no problem as we took our first steps into the building. I gasped again, observing every inch of the intricate yet practical design. The ceiling bore an elaborate chandelier decorated with glistening diamonds and thin chains of what seemed to be platinum-coated silver. I turned my gaze towards the modern style armchairs and the white coffee table. "This is beautiful Jaehee.." I exclaimed, turning to her in excitement which earned a small smile from her.
"I know! I love using this room for studying. Anyway, we should be getting you to our class so we're not any more late than we already are!" protested Jaehee.
"I guess you're right" I sighed in agreement and nodded. Once we'd reached the classroom, I knocked on the door. "Come in!" Announced the teacher as I pulled the door open. I gazed around the room. It was more of a workshop than a classroom but I guess they did need facilities for every type of subject. "I presume you to be (y/n)" started the woman at the front of the class. I nodded in response. "Well take a seat then, we don't want you stood at the door all day, do we?!" This comment erupted several laughs from the class. "Oh uh..." I quickly scanned the class and looked for the best place to sit. "Hurry, hurry!" Miss exclaimed. I ran over to the first table I saw with free seats, panicking due to feeling rushed. I put my head down on the desk, dying mentally. I could feel all the eyes in the room focused on me and I hated it. "Pay attention class!" Yelled the teacher. After about a minute I raised my head to have my vision stumble upon two guys - both being incredibly cute. One happened to have hair resembling golden silk with glimmering violet eyes. Whilst the other had hair like scarlet blood and eyes like two suns. The blonde haired boy was the first to speak. "Hi, I'm Yoosung" he outstretched a hand "You must be (y/n)-san!" I nodded my head. "That's Seven over there!" Yoosung pointed to the boy opposite him. "Nice to meet ya" Seven put on a goofy grin. "Hi!" I smirked to myself, knowing that I'd met at least three nice people in this school already.
