Dean came to pick up Rory at her house, ringing the door bell and waiting for Rory. He'd had a hard day at work and just wanted to rant about it and be with her.
Soon enough, Rory opened the door. She smiled at Dean, giving him a kiss on the cheek. "Hey."
Dean smiled slightly. "Hi."
"What's wrong?" Rory asked worriedly, as they began to walk down the street together while holding hands. She looked at her boyfriend worriedly, seeing how troubled he looked.
"Just a long day at work, that's all." He sighed gently. "Taylor wasn't being understanding about my wrist and he made me unload a lot of stuff. And now my wrist really hurts and it's..." Dean scoffed a bit. "I dunno, it's kinda stupid."
"No, it isn't. He shouldn't have worked you so hard. I'm sorry." Rory said, looking up at him.
Dean smiled at her, sitting down a bench and pulling her close to hold her. He kissed her head. "It's okay. Let's spend some time together, okay?"
"Okay." Rory smiled gently, laying her head on Dean.
