Thalia's POV

I woke up in the Zeus cabin the next morning. I felt someone kissing my cheek.

I sat up and saw Nico.

"OH MY GODS NICO!!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!!" I shouted. Why in Hades was he kissing my cheek?!

He looked kinda startled, but then smiled. "Kissing my beautiful girlfriend. Is that a problem? Your not with the Hunters."

"Beautiful girlfriend, what are you-" then I remembered, last night.... "Well, in that case." I pecked him on the lips.

He chuckled, "You didn't remember did you?"

"No, but I do now. What did you want?"

"Breakfast is in three minutes."

"So?"

"You need to eat."

"Fine."

"Go get dressed."

"Why? What if I wanna wear this?!"

"Yep. I'm sure the hunters would love to see you in that."

I looked down, I was still wearing his skull shirt with my black skinny jeans. "A test of trust." I say.

"Yes, but you have been betraying their trust."

"They don't know that. Seriously! What does it matter if I'm wearing a boy shirt!"

"Alright, what ever you say."

I hopped up and put on some black eyeliner. "Alright, I'm ready to go." I kissed him. But he wanted more. He pulled me back in and put his hands on my waist. My hands flew to his hair as my fingers tangled themselves in the strands. Our lips moved in perfect sync, and we stood there untill we where out of breath.

We quickly cleaned up and headed to the pavilion, hand in hand, untill we where within seeing distance.

I pulled away and walked a few feet away from him the rest of the way there.

I sat down at the hunters table and was, of coarse, questioned to no end.

"Where were you last night?" A young hunter asked. She was about 12, I think her name was Falicity. (Fa•Liss•it•ee)She was a Hacate (I can't spell, you know who I mean!) Camper who had curly red hair with green eyes and her face was covered in freckles.

"I accidentally fell asleep in the Zeus's cabin last night." I answered.

"And came with him?" another hunter asked. She was older, about 18. Her name was Staria. Aphrodite girl, she had beautiful long sandy blond hair with kaleidoscope eyes. I could never decide which color.

"Actually, he is the one that came to my cabin to wake me up. Thanks for nothing guys." I said.

"Really, you seem to spend a ton of time with him." one girl commented. She was about 14 with almost bleach blond hair. She had bright blue eyes and was always cheery, daughter of Apollo. Her name was Summer. Surprised? I didn't think so.

"He is my best friend besides Annabeth. We had just about everything in common, and he gets that I'm a hunter and respects that." I replied, ok, maybe the last part was a lie, but hey! He did before we where dating!

"Really cause-" another girl started, but Phobie cut her off.

"Just let the poor girl eat! Jeez! Thalia is a loyal hunter and I refuse to believe she would betray us and Artemis like that!"

"Thank you Phobie." I sayed. But now I felt really guilty, I never thought of it as betrayal....

I ate in silence the rest of breakfasts, then headed into the woods.

I could gear monsters everywhere, but I ignored them and kept walking.

I felt a hand rest on my shoulders, and I quickly spun around.

"Hey, you ok? You seemed real upset at breakfast." Nico asked.

I looked down, "Yea, I'm fine."

Tilted up my chin with his fingers so I was looking at him.

"Don't lie." he said softly.

I took a deap breath. "The hunters where questioning me, but then Phobie stuck up for me."

"What's wrong about someone sticking up for you?" Nico asked.

"She said she refused to believe I would betray them and Artemis like that." I looked down again. Then mumbled, "I never thought of it as betrayal."

"Hey." he pulled me into a hug.

I felt tears threaten to spill, but I don't cry, Thalia Grace does not cry, especially not in front of Nico.

He held me close, and I rested my head on his chest. "Its ok, let them come." he whispered.

I looked up at him, "what?" a tear almost escaped.

"Please Thalia, I can tell your trying not to cry, its fine. You can cry sometimes."

I looked into his big dark brown eyes, filled with sadness and concern and, something I didn't recognize, no one has ever looked at me that way before. What was that look?

A tear escaped, I tried to cut them off but it was to late, they just kept running and running. I couldn't remember the last time I cried.

I buried my head in his chest, and his grip on me tightened.

He kissed the top of my head.

We stood there for god knows how long. Eventually the tears stopped, and all that was left was heaviness.

I looked around, struggling to keep my eyes opened as we started to walk back to the cabins.

I stumbled a few times, Nico must have noticed how tired I was, because he stopped and picked me up.

He held me up with one hand, and held me close with the other. I wrapped my legs around his abdomen and rested my head on his shoulder. I fell asleep before we even reached my cabin.

(a/n is this moving to fast? I don't do PG-13 crap, (except for maybe a few choise words...) so dont worry about that, but would it be to going to fast if I stepped it up a notch? Should I wait? I have a really good idea. Its very cliché though... Comment!
