(a/n ok, thanks to ElleNoelle me and Aphrodite have the perfect plan for Thalia and Nico. *evil laugh* Now, if you go back and read her comment, know I changed it up a bit, although it is still the same concept. It probably wont be in this chapter though.

This takes place, um, how about, a week and a half later. Yes, that sounds good.

Thalia's POV

I was in the woods with the hunters, the moon was the only light, I felt the cold air rush across my face and heard the russell of the leaves, like something big, no, some big things, where closing in on us.

I looked around the cold dark woods, searching for monsters, but all I saw was endless tall dark trees.

All of the sudden, 8 huge hellhounds pounced, followed by 2 Cyclops and a hydra.

Time seemed to slow down as a hellhound hurled towards me.

All sound of a battle was drowned out by the sound if my heart beating.

I quickly pulled our my bow and shot the hellhound. It disintegrated as I spun around to find myself face to face, or rather, face to abdomen with a Cyclops.

It went to strike but I anticipated his move, I rolled under his legs and popped up behind him, shooting him in the back. Golden blood ran down his back as he roared in out rage. I shot another arrow, but slipped, sending it up his nose. He tried to punch again, but I shot again to quickly. This time I got him right in the chest as he burst into dust.

Adrenaline pumped through my vanes, the cold air numbing my skin.

I heard a scream coming from my right, I recognized the voice as Annabeth. Right as I was about to run to her, I heard another scream coming from my left, but this time, the voice was Nico. I could only run to one of them, but who? Annabeth, who has been my best friend for the past ten years? Or Nico, who is my boyfriend/ second best friend, and while we have only been together for nine days, I love him. I really do.

I ran to my left.

When I finally found him, there was a hellhound towering over him. I shot it and ran over. He was laying limp on the ground. A tear ran down my cheek as I pressed my head to his chest. I was to late. The tear fell, hitting his cheek, but unlike in the movies, he did not wake up.

I sat there, crying into his chest untill I had no tears left to cry, but still he layed there limp, but now not only limp, but cold.

Hades speared next to me, I looked up as he said. "You made the wrong choice young hunter. When you heard the screams, it was already to late for Nico, but you could have saved Annabeth. But you chose Nico, now they are both dead." Then he left, leaving me with a fresh batch of tears, already streaming down my face.

I woke up, covered in cold sweat. Tears streaming down my face. (a/n did i scare you?) Where was Nico?! I needed to find him, and Annabeth.

First I ran to the Hades cabin, not caring I I woke the hunters.

I burst in the door to find him sitting on his bed with his head phones in.

He looked over at me, then pulled out his head phones. "Thalia? What's up? Your shaking, and, oh my gods. What hapened? Your crying! When did she die?!"

I hadn't realized I was crying. I wiped the tears and said, "When did who die?" but it wasn't my voice, it sounded soft and fragile.

"Annabeth of coarse. Nothing makes you cry Thalia, nothing, do when did she die?"

"As far as I didn't." but it was the same soft voice as before.

"Thalia, what happened?"

I couldn't help it, I ran up to him and wrapped him in a huge hug, crying into his shoulder. "I-I thought you where dead!" I said between sobs.

"Hey." he wrapped his arms around me. "Its ok, I'm here."

But I just kept crying.

I finally calmed down and looked up at him.

"Can you tell me what happened now?" he asked softly.

I took a deal breath, "I had a dream, that I was with the hunters, and we got attacked. Then I heard two screams, one was Annabeth, and one was you. I could only help one of you, and I ran to you. But when I got there, you had been killed by a hellhound. Hades told me, that when I heard the screamed, it was already to late for you, but I could have saved Annabeth, but since I chose you, you both died." I was on the verge of tears again.

He held me tighter. "Hey, its ok, were both here. It ws just a dream."

"C-can you make.e a deal?" I took a shaky breath.

"Yea."

"Never leave me again."

"I promise."

I relaxed in his arms, untill he asked, "wanna watch a movie?"

"Sure." my voice was back to normal, but I was still shaken up.

He put on "Children of the Corn." and sat lied down beside me.

(a/n I do not own that! Its just one of the only horror movies I could think of.)

I snuggled int his side and rested my head on his chest.

He kissed the top of my head and wrapped an arm around me.

Half way through I fell asleep, and this time, I didn't have any dreams.

I woke up the next morning snuggled up against Nico, I smiled and shifted so we where face to face. He was still asleep, (a/n that's what she thinks) I had been wanting to tell him this for so long, but I was to afraid of freaking him out. But since he was sleeping, I had nothing to lose, "I love you." I whispered.

A small smile creeped across his lips. Then he whispered, "I love you too." then opened his eyes.

"Oh my gods! I thought you where asleep!"

"Why wouldn't you tell me?"

I blushed a bit, "I was afraid of freaking you out."

"That's why I didn't tell you."

I kissed him softly. "But I'm happy you heard, because I really do. I love you more than you could ever imagine."

he smiled, "Right back at you."

I hopped up, "I gotta go."

He looked confused. "Why?"

"Because death breath, I gotta get back before the hunters wake up. In case you haven't noticed, we aren't even supposed to be dating. Imagine if the hunters found out we slept in the same bed! We would both be dead."

he seemed to get the message. "Ok, but Thalia?"

"yea?"

"Love you."

"Love you too." then I walked out of the cabin and started back to the Artemis cabin.
