04 ʚ worthy

i know, i know, 

things just didn't work out,

but i know that we both know

the love was louder than a shout.

i know, i know,

you can't look at me the same way,

but i know that we both know

what the look in your eyes is trying to say.

i know, i just know,

that we were meant for more than this,

but i know that we both know

we didn't need a cheesy kiss.

because i know that we both know

what we had didn't mean nothing

and i know that you were something

and i know that you were everything.

maybe it was too early,

it happens to me sometimes,

or maybe it was too late,

but it was the chance of a lifetime.

i know, i really do know,

i know you must have the hint of something

because even though we lasted close to nothing,

you are worthy, you really are.
