Dear Diary, 30/7/2014
Lately I have been isolating myself, I find it really hard to trust people. It's like handing someone a knife and turning your back on them and you pray to god they don't stab you.
I only have a select few friends, but I don't know if I have the strength and confidence to reach out to them and tell them about my depression.
This Diary is on my special hard drive so no one can just find it on my desk like my hand written diary.
