2: Into The Deep

(Chris' POV)

"M'lady!!" I shout and shout as I run out in the open ground.

This is bad! I've become blind to see that m'lady is still not found!

Shelly catches up with me and laughs. "Oh well, at least I'll help you, just don't leave the kids like that!" she says. "...Thank you. I better find her quick!" I reply.

"Sorry for the wait. Here's your breakfast." I say as I arrange some food on the table. "Lasaagnaa~!" sis happily takes them. "No, sis, that's for our guest.." "Pandora." "Oh yea, Pandora. Your breakfast is the usual, sis." "Aaaw big bro no fair!" Sis says as she glomps im her usual sandwich.

"Lasagna..?" the richly-like girl named Pandora asks. "It's a type of food." I reply. "Okay, let me try-" "Wait! Use the spoon, it's still hot!!!" I quickly hold her hand. "Hot...?" she asks again. "Yeah, doesn't it feels hot when you touch the plate?" "....I guess..?"

After finishing our breakfast, I once again tell sis to accompany her and keep a keen eye on her, while I do some housework. I got this feeling that Pandora is some messed up one.

In the middle of my housework, a sreeching scream of sis is heard. Shocked, I drop a plate, but not minding it, I directly run to my sis.

(Chris' POV)

I walk all the way back to Catalypse, when I sense danger there. Not just danger, my guts tell me that m'lady is there. At my behind are Shelly and the 3 children. For some reason they keep on following me.

Arriving at the scene, what I see is a bloody massacre in front of the Tamer's house. A single being seems to stand firm in the middle of it all.

"Is that... m'lady?!!"

Then the guy Tamer from before runs from the door and also freezes in shock.

"Sis...?" he says, "What... what have you done... to my sis? WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?!" as he finishes, his body breaks and changing form into that of a beast.

"M'lady, look out!" I stand in between them. "gEt awAY FROm HeRe!!!" the beast screeches. "He's on a rampage!" Shelly shouts from the distance. "Kill him fast or we'll be in trouble!"

But he happens to be my aquintance, and he has helped me before.. I guess I have no choice.. I'm sorry, Beast Tamer.

Without regrets I pull out my weapons and aim it towards the beast. Aiming at the right precision, I threw a massive amount of thin, sharp, and poisonous needles.

"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?!" I shouted to Pandora, seeing her bloody hands and sis lying cold on the ground. There are some other people, dead at the scene too, encouraging a pool of blood.

Tempered by anger, the beast lying inside roams free. No, please, I don't want to hurt anyone...!

My commands are useless, and while I'm at it, none of my usual summons work. I am just a mere beast now.

Ah, so this is how it feels when my anger controls me.

Blinded in anger, I rush to what kills my precious sis, attempting to kill her as well. But, Chris suddenly stands in between us and attacks me. And here I was, thinking that Chris is someone I could call an aquintance.

See, I don't need friends. They're just rubbish. I don't need to protect anyone.

"gET AWaY FRoM heRE!!" I cry. The next word I remember is "Kill."
