NOELLE LOOKS UP FROM her phone to see that last person she wanted to cross paths with. Zach stands a few yards away, not even the slightest bit aware that she's here. Daniel stands beside the girl, noticing the sudden tenseness radiating off of her.
"Let's go find the others," Daniel suggests while taking hold of Noelle's hand. Noelle, still looking at Zach, gets dragged across the floor by Daniel.
Daniel eventually finds the large group, half of them already spotting the brunette. All of them looked at Noelle with concern. They were expecting her to say she wanted to leave but that never came out of her mouth.
"You know what! Screw him! I'm going to enjoy myself!" Noelle exclaims, immediately dancing to the random song the DJ was playing. Corbyn and Daniel gave each other strange looks, neither one knowing what just happened. They both shook it off and began dancing with the blonde.
Zach glanced over to a group he saw wildly dancing. He did a double take when he noticed someone's curly hair. He realizes that is Jack.
"What the hell is he doing here?" He mutters under his breath. Zach then looks to Jack's right to see a petite blonde girl. He stops dead in his tracks. His breath hitches, seeing she's wearing red and enjoying herself.
Zach decides to walk her direction. Little did he know, Fox was watching Zach closely. Fox strayed away from the group and headed towards Zach.
"If you mess with her, you're going to have to go through me first," Fox says behind Zach. This causes the smaller boy to jump.
Zach, obviously startled, responds, "I don't know what you're talking about."
"Don't play games with me, Herron!" Fox fires back. All the commotion causes the friend group to approach the situation before it gets out of hand.
Jonah, Daniel, and Reed all go for Fox. Jack and Corbyn handle Zach. Lights were flashing and the girls all knew this would be in the news tomorrow.
"We need to get out of here!" Summer yells over the obnoxiously loud music.
"I second that motion!" Autumn agrees.
Noelle grabs Fox and Reed. She waves all the other boys, telling them she would text them later. In the meantime, she tries to figure out why Fox started a fight with Zach.
