You spend a few more hours working on your weapons before heading off to sleep.

You fall asleep the moment your head hits the pillow so you don't get to appreciate having an actual clean mattress for once.

It is only when you wake up about eight hours later that you realise how comfy it is. You relax into the spring mattress and try to return to the dream world but a sharp knock on the door pulls you right out of it.

"(Y/N)! Get up we're landing!" Bepo calls through the door.

"Got it!" You reply, rushing to your feet. You throw on the overalls and hurry out of the door, tying your hair back into a tight bun.

The frame is nicely hidden under your sleeve and the blaster is tucked into the back of your belt.

You wander up to the cockpit, not really sure where you should be at this time.

Penguin is in the main seat at the console and the captain is in the seat beside him.

Immediately your eyes are drawn in by the blue planet on the other side of the window.

There isn't much land mass on this planet and the bits there are seem to just be rock. Well they're grey. There are also clouds all over the place.

The captain points to his right without even looking at you.

"Sit down (Y/N)-ya." He instructs.

Shachi and Bepo are already on seats that must have folded down from the walls.

You sit down and strap yourself in next to them, gripping the side of your seat. Last time you were in a ship was a few years ago and it wasn't a pleasant experience.

But that was just docking at a space station which is ten times easier than landing on a planet.

The ship speeds up as you travel further into the gravitational field of the planet.

You stare down at the floor, scared to look out the window as the planet grows closer and closer.

The ship rocks from one side to the other.

"That's not supposed to happen." Penguin states.

You and Shachi glare at him.

"You better not kill us." Shachi grumbles.

"I would have been safer staying at the space station." You whine.

"Relax guys." The captain says, smirking at the three of you. "At least if we die it will be quick."

"That doesn't help at all!" You and Shachi yell.

The ship continues to shake the whole way down to the planet.

You watch as Penguin struggles to land the ship safely, occasionally asking the captain to press a button that stabilises the ship a little.

Eventually you all make it through the last cloud layer and the ship is in more control. You're still descending but at a nicer rate.

Looking out the window you realise that what you had thought was just a mass of rock was a massive city.

Grey buildings of various height reach up into points. There don't seem to be any windows on any of the buildings, just pure metal.

That explains why you couldn't see any lights from higher up that would usually be the difference between a city and a mass of rock.

Penguin flies the ship between some skyscrapers and lands heavily on a landing pad at the edge of the city.
