It was dark and raining SO basic especially for a night in NYC. Hopefully, spiderman would come and kiss me upside down like in the movies. At least it would make my shit day a little less shit. I felt a buzz in my back pocket, I pulled my phone out to see that I had a text from my best friend
Elio he was insanely good looking and also undeniably nice. He's been like a brother to me we've been best friends since we were in preschool. I looked down at my phone rain dropping onto the screen

I chuckled as I thought of what Elio was doing all day seeing as though he's been bedridden with the flu this entire week. I was scrolling through Instagram when I felt a bang on my forehead. "YOO! I'm so sorry bro didn't mean it frl let me help you" I heard a voice say. I looked up and saw... not what I was expecting... a girl in baggy clothing, intense gold chains, colored hair, and bright beaming blue eyes. "Oh sure," I said to her as she offered her hand to help me off the filthy street. " I'm Billie btw sorry I bumped you" I smiled wide "no problem at all my fault" I felt shivers down my spine when she spoke to me so calm and smooth I wanted to get to know her. She looked at me with a questioning face "and you are?" she asked with a chuckle " its Orion O for short" I said shaking her cold pale hand. " well O it was nice...bumping into you" she smirked knowing I got her little pun. "anytime B" I shouted at her and who id hoped was her brother walked down the cracked sidewalk.
Billies pov.
"Hey, you gotta watch where you're going you cant keep bumping into randos on the street Bil" Finneas said as we made our way to target for a few things before getting back on the tour bus. " bro you think I fuckin meant to trip her? Nah dude" I said looking at him with wide eyes. We walked through the automatic doors and immediately made our way to the food section. Finneas was pushing a whole ass cart as I sat in it grabbing things off the shelves. Finn was helping me check off the list "k we got takis, beans, tortillas..." I was interrupted by my brother "ya but WHERE ARE THE AVOCADOS" he shouted "bro you better shut the hell up you ain't funny and my username is fly as fuck don't even" I finished my sentence but before I could finish my thought something caught my eye or should I say...someone. It was Orion with some guy their arms were linked they must be together right? Idk why do I even care? But before I knew it I flew to the aisle she was in. "hey stranger" I said leaning on the shelf behind me. She turned around and looked extremely surprised "Billie?" she questioned. I laughed at her as I spoke: " what brings you here on this rainy evening" I said much to proper. She looked to her friend and said " E ill meet you in the kitchen isle lemme talk to Bil alone" he nodded walking off with his hands in his pockets " who was that" I asked nonchalantly she was bent down looking at the makeup in front of her. In a focused state, she replied "he's my best friend like my brother" I nodded kicking imaginary rocks and then the song changed that pumped through the entire store. I heard the beginning of bad guy by me of course. Orion stood up with ease and turned to me "I love this song" she said as she hummed along I smiled " ya me too seeing as though I made it" I laughed as she reached her arm behind me to get something on the self. She froze and looked at me her smile widened " no way! Billie as in Billie Eilish I thought you looked familiar!" she exclaimed "ya bro that's me but keep it on the low cuz I'm not tryna have a m&g in target" she nodded " so what brings you here to new york don't you live in la?" she questioned "ya but I'm on tour rn I'm bout to leave tomorrow though" I responded " wow I wish I could do something crazy like that my life's so... blah" she said as she threw everything she had into a basket. "Hmm, maybe you can give me your number and ill text you next time I'm here so we can do something crazy," I told her. She smiled walking to the checkout " ya for sure" she said handing over her phone. I typed my number into her phone saving my contact as "B" . " let me shoot myself a text so I get your number to" I said typing at the keyboard. My phone dinged and a message popped up I showed her the screen with a sly smile. It read "hey bbg" she laughed and said " you wish crackhead" as she walked away from me meeting back up with Elio. we said our goodbyes and made our way back home. I sat in my bunk red lights above my head thinking about Orion, really need to get that girl out of my head... but she's so pretty so I texted her...
