It had been a long time since Sadira woke up early without an alarm either on her phone or her clock. She was able to sleep early last night for there were only few homeworks to do and she had studied everything beforehand so she had nothing to worry about surprise tests. Her hand plucked out her phone from under her pillow and pressed the On button that was on the phone's side.

The exact moment that she stopped scrolling was the moment that she felt her heart stopped beating. Was this real? She wondered. There was the pain in her chest that felt like her heart was about to burst, but it wasn't the pain of heartache; it was the pain of sudden gush of excitement engulfing her whole being.

Message from @Harry_Styles: It's nice to know you're happy today! xx H

"Holy shit, kill me now," Sadira muttered to herself. There was a moment of silence in the whole loft until she shrieked.

The door bursted open and revealed her brother, Schneider. She whipped her head towards his direction and stared at him. His curly black locks stuck out in all directions possible and his eyes were slightly red due to the sudden unexpected alarm clock he had and it was his sister's scream. He panted, "What? What happened?"

Excitement overwhelmed her that Sadira bursted the truth to her brother. "HARRY STYLES JUST DM-ED ME!"

Schneider felt his efforts to running to his sister go to waste. It was just the stupid boyband member that she fancied. He slowly hit his forhead to the door beside him. He told her without leaving his forehead on the door, "You know, that's just a message. You don't even know if he actually typed that."

"What?" Sadira asked sharply.

Her brother pushed himself away from the door and started to walk away from his sister's room, swatting the air as if telling her to nevermind what he said. Sadira knew that her brother was tired of arguing with her for they always did. There was not a single day passed that there would be no argument between the Daligan siblings.

He always ticked her off especially when he trash talks One Direction. The worst thing about him trash talking 1D was he puts on so much attention to her favorite member's flaws, Harry Styles's flaws. There were so many insulting names he could think of about Harry like pimple-face and manwhore, just to name a few. It was obvious he never a fan of their music either. When he knew that Sadira was playing their music through her earphones, he would increase the volume of the radio until she could no longer hear the music she was playing and that would start another argument between the two. It was an unending war which sometimes Sadira just want to run away from home, but still her brother had redeeming factors.

There were some points that showed her that her brother actually loves her and one of those were today. Just one shriek, he would come running to her room and check if she was okay. Another time was when she was bullied during her kindergarten days by a group of gradeschoolers, he was there to save her. Schneider brawled against the bullies and came home with cuts: one above his right eyebrow and another on his lip. There were also bruises all over his body, especially a part of his side. All of those injuries healed over time but the scar above his brow was a reminder of him saving her once. Sadira wasn't actually sure if he really did it out of love or was it just his obligation on being her elder brother.

Sadira shrugged off the thoughts and immediately tapped both of her thumbs on the screen on her phone to type up the words of her reply to Harry. "Waking up with your DM on my screen actually made my day a lot better. I love you so much Harry! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! xx"

One of the things that made Kanara ticked off was waking up early all of a sudden because of a phone call. But she had no other choice, it was her friend who wanted her to wake up early and it seemes urgent. She had already suggested her to tell her a little later but her friend says it could not wait.
