I began waking up from a dream I just had. It was a weird dream, but anyway. I woke up to find myself in a lair. I seemed to be contained in a glass tube, like how people would capture fireflies in a jar. I slowly stood up as I rubbed the sleep out of my eyes, my vision was a little blurry, and there wasn't much light in the silver coloured room. I looked around and saw a weird logo, with a long, pointy moustache, goggles and big teeth. Oh no. I just realised I'm in Dr. Eggmans lair! I started banging on the glass, as hard as I could to break it, but let's jut say... It's no use. (XD)

I heard the opening of a mechanical slide door. As I see a large egg shaped silhouette, I'm already shaking in fear. Who knows what he'd do to me. He could electrocute me. He could turn me into a mindless robot. Or he could... he could... I didn't want to think of anything that he could do to torture me. I was about to cry, but then I heard the fat evil genius snicker. "I see you're awake. Excellent. I shall begin my experiments now" said Eggman. He turned on the lights, and it stung my eyes. I brought my hand up, and protected my eyes from the burning light.

A smug look crawled upon Egg-brains face. "W-what are y-you going to do??" I asked, fearing what he might say. I was scared out of my mind. "I'm just using you as a hostage to put that menacing blue hedgehog into my
delightful trap!" He explained. 'Menacing blue hedgehog' I thought. Does he mean my friend Sonic?

"D-do you mean S-Sonic?" I asked innocently. He looked as if he was pleased with my answer. "You are quite right, my dear" he said. "Why would you do that?! Sonic is such a nice guy!" I exclaimed, placing my hands on the glass tube. His smirk seemed to of been replaced with a frown. He grumbled, and didn't look like thinking of responding. He turned around and loaded up a computer screen. "You'll find out later..." he mumbled, and went back to what he was doing. I heard the clicking and clacking of the buttons on his keyboard.

I felt a shock at the bases of my feet, and it started travelling up my body. He was electrocuting me! I screamed in pain, as the shocking was non stop. I heard Rofatnik cackling in amusement, and I slowly fell to my knees. I painted and wished that it would stop, but he kept on shocking me, while still laughing wildly. Suddenly, I heard a loud BANG and the Dr stopped laughing, as well as the electrocuting.

Two more BANGS were heard, and then smoke was everywhere. The Dr was coughing due to there being a lot of dust and smoke filling the air around Egghead. Then I saw a a silhouette, of a strange creature. The smoke and dust disappeared, and Dr. Eggman stoped his coughing. It was now clear to see the silhouette, and i was in shock of realisation. It was Sonic! He looked at Dr. Eggman. "Thought you could pull another trick on me Egghead? Well, think again! You know I'll always ruin your schemes!" Sonic exclaimed. Sonic turned his face in the direction I was in, and gasped in disbelief.

He shot a glare at Eggman, and ran over to me. "It's too late Sonic. I've already electrocuted her, and drained out all her energy! Bwahahahaha!!!" cackled Eggman. "Why did you do this to Y/n!?" Sonic yelled turning to the mad scientist. "Y/n was used as my experiment and a hostage to lure you into my diabolical scheme!" Explained the mustached fiend. Sonic gave Eggman the angriest glare, turned to me and rolled into a spiky ball. "S-Sonic?" I whimpered. He started rolling, and became a spinning ball! I was curious of what he might do, and he aimed at the glass tube surrounding me, and he flung himself hitting the tube and shattering the glass! I gasped in astonishment, as he stopped rolling, and stood up.

He turned my direction with a sorrowful look on his face. "Hey!! It took a long time for me to make that!" I heard Eggman shout. Sonic rolled his eyes and kneeled down to my height. "Are you ok?" He asked. I slowly nodded, then he did the same. He moved his arms, slowly placing them beneath my back and legs. He lifted me up, and let me lay my head on his shoulder. I slowly started blushing as he looked away. Eggman spoke, "Hmm... I see. Looks like you've grown fond to this girl, very interesting". I looked up and saw that Sonic had a light shade of pink spread across his muzzle. "Whatever... see ya later, Egg-brains". And with that being said, Sonic zoomed out of the lair, past a bunch of broken robots, and I assumed that Sonic smashed them all.

"Are you ok Sonic?" I kindly asked. "Hmm? Oh, yeah! I'm fine! I'm just glad your ok" Sonic reassured me. "Umm... where are we going?" I asked again. It took a moment for him to answer, but he said, "I'm gonna take you to my place". "A-alright..." I whispered.
