Karen: How are you doing?

Me: I'm feeling great! Sorry that I haven't been able to update because I was thinking a lot of things.

Amaya: We understand.

Me: Let's get on with the story!

Chapter 27: Pass?!

THIRD PERSON'S P.O.V

The match between the girls and boys was over because it was tie. The score was 9-9. Coach Haruka and Coach Zhao now knows that these players are evenly matched with each other including their stamina and abilities. Ayaka sigh in exhaustion while sitting down at the bench and Akemi gave her a bottle of water and a towel which Ayaka thanked her gratefully. She opened the cap of the bottle and drink it all down in one gulp. She place the bottle down beside her and wipe the sweat off from her face and neck. The sun was still shining up in the sky and the skies were still clear as blue. The wind blew softly making her light brown hair sway back and forth gently on the wind. Endou walk up to her with a smile on his face.

"That was great, Ayaka." Endou said praising her for her goalkeeper skills and Ayaka only smiled sheepishly in response. The way Ayaka stopped the ball each time someone kick it towards her direction was very powerful and stronger. Endou wondered how strong Ayaka's hands are.

"You, too, Mamoru." Ayaka said also praising him as well with a smile on her pink lips. Endou notice a soft glow on Ayaka's golden eyes that made her shined under the sun making her even prettier and Endou falling for her even more.

Takana sigh, massaging her stiff shoulders from playing the match earlier. Sometimes, her shoulders become stiff during  matches but this is normal for her. Anna approach her and gave her a bottle of water and a towel with a kind smile. Takana mumbled 'Thanks' to her and drink the bottle down before she heard his older brother's voice.

"How are you feeling, Takana-chan?" Nosaka ask noticing how his younger sister massaging her stiff shoulders earlier. Takana look at his older brother and offered a small smile.

"I'm fine, Onii-san. You?" She ask and Nosaka answered that he's also fine as well. Then, Takana went back to massaging her shoulders and it kind of intrigued Nosaka. If Takana's shoulders are stiff then he doesn't mind massaging her shoulders for her. Nosaka grab her shoulders and massage it gently much to Takana's surprise. "Onii-san?" She said, surprised at his older brother's actions. What is he doing? Wait, massaging?

"Oh, I'm just massaging your shoulders, Takana-chan. Don't worry." Nosaka said with a reassuring smile and continued massaging her shoulders. Takana felt relaxed of how her older brother massage her shoulders like a professional.

Karen yawned, stifling her yawn by covering her mouth before wiping the tears that started forming on the corners of her eyes. Playing against the boys was a hard work and boy, it tired her out that she yawn. She sat at the bench as the wind around her blew gently. Her white hair swaying back and forth in a smooth rhythm. She felt something cold on her head and open her red eyes only to see Kira holding two water bottles on his hands. He gave her one and she took it gladly before drinking it down on one gulp.

"That was an awesome match, don't you think so?" Kira said looking at Karen who nod her head staring at the sky above her. Kira smiled and look at the sky above him as well. It was already the afternoon and everyone was still exhausted so both Coaches decided to let them rest for a while and ordered Akira, Akemi, Natsumi, Natsume and Tsukushi to prepare their lunches while the girls take baths after their rest. The girls and boys were grateful and they all fell on the ground, staring at the sky. The clear sky with white clouds and the sun shining with its sunrays. It was a beautiful scenery.
