Explanation: Akira was waiting with other people at the red light when suddenly he saw a young boy, around 6 - 7 years old, suddenly cross the heavy traffic road for a basketball. All his common sense were lost and he didn't think twice, as he was already rushing out to save the child from the upcoming truck. (Truck-kun XD)
Akira could feel his body floating and he feels tired, he went into sleep. When he woke up, he was in his other dimension's body on the hospital bed, who also had just died from a car crash. Akira was in his other's dimension body, with a new identity as Ryota Akira, the disciple of Yamamoto Takeshi in the world of Katekyo hitman Reborn!
