"Thank you for your time doctor." She said while Izumi held her mother's hand tightly as they began to leave. "You know, there is a program that helps your child, it's free, and you get paid for participating." The man said and gave the old woman a brochure regarding the program... "Project Rose". "I'll see Dr. Yama, but thank you kindly, sir." She said sadly as they took their leave.

"I didn't understand.
