"Diego watch out!" I yelled as a man came up behind him. I quickly wrapped vines around the man's body. He dropped dead when I squeezed him to the point of suffocation.

A female punched me and I fell to the ground. Wrong move bitch. I wrapped my hand around her leg and watched as the thorns spread all around her body and popped out of her skin. She screamed in pain, Soon she fell to the ground like the other guy. All the bad guys were dead and all 6 of us went to untie the hostages.

"You're safe now," Luther said as the last hostage was freed from their ropes. They were all giving handshakes to thank us, but went it came to me they didn't want to touch my hands. I sat there with my arms crossed waiting for us to leave. I almost didn't notice the little boy in front of me. He tapped my leg, I smiled and bent down to his level.

"Thank you for saving me."

"No problem kid." I ruffled his hair and he hugged me. I hugged back putting my hands on his back. He had bruises that looked old.

"Axel?! What are you doing?!" A more muscular man came up to us.

Axel quickly froze and stuttered "I was just thanking her, sir." I quickly noticed Axel grabbed me in fear. Allison and Diego walked over to us.

"Don't touch her! Didn't you just see what she did to those people?!" He yelled at this poor kid. He looked to be about 6 or 7.

"Sir if you got a problem with me don't take it out on him," I stated and his eyes filled with rage.

"Is there a problem here?" Diego asked with one hand on his belt. He looked at Axel who was hiding behind me.

"I just want to take my kid and leave this freakshow." He grabbed his arm forcibly pulling him extremely hard from behind me.

"Let go, I want mommy back." He screamed as he tried to drag him out of the store.

"Shut the fuck up." He played a hard smack across his face. Axel started to cry and we all ran up to them because of what we just witnessed.

"You crossed the line man," Diego growled pulling a knife from his belt. Axel bit his dad and he let go of his hand. He ran to me, burying his face in my neck. Allison used her powers on him and the cops that outside took him away. I sat the kid on a counter.

"Do you got anyone else who can take care of you?" I asked him. He nodded and picked up a phone and dialed a number on the phone. He handed it to me and I told them that I have Axel safe and they should come pick him up. I told them to meet us at a diner uptown.

Diego, Klaus, and I took Axel to the diner. I told him to order anything he wanted. His grandfather and grandmother came to pick him up. We went home knowing the kid was safe.

A/n, not really much of you and Diego but that should be coming up.
