Ahhahemmm yesterday I started rewatching southpark. Earlier today while watching I noticed something peculiar in season 2 episode (7?)
Kenny had just died and the remaining 3 friends were remembering previous episodes. Cartman had remembered Kenny dying the two others said that it was impossible for Cartman to remember him dying as he had just died. Cartman just went along with it. Doing MORE research I found something else.
In the episode Cartmanland he says;

My theory and many other's is that Cartman is somehow the only one that remembers Kenny's continuous deaths but decides to ignore it because he is Cartman :/
Another thing: In one of the episodes they launch one of Kenny's parents at a building and they die. Of course they come back, so maybe that's where Kenny got the immortality??
