1. If you want to be taken seriously don't write silly kid books.

2. If you have enough readers start series of books.

3.Write an action book dedicated to the home team!

4. Never kill off the main charecter (No point in continuing)

6. If you are a boy don't write a huge love story

7. If you are writing a comedy book inappropriate sex jokes copied from a comedian on tv isn't funny.

8.If you are reading smash hit best-sellers for ideas, start from scratch.

9. If you write a bestseller,write a sequel just prepare for it not to be as good.

10. Horror books beginning with "The" and ending with "Of Death" won't be a hit.
