Her beautiful smile. Her beautiful hair. Her lovely laugh. Her fantastic personality.
Peter was more broken than glass. Nothing was going to fix him. He needed MJ. The pain was unbearable, so he decided to end the pain. He walked to the roof of Stark Towers and sat on the edge.
"There's no point of living in this place called earth" Peter was slowing moving closer and closer to edge, when the roof door slammed open.
"PETER GET DOWN FROM THERE" The voice screamed.
Peter looked down then at the voice. The last person he wanted to see, the last person he thought would save him is right there.
"NO I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE, I GAVE YOU EVERYTHING FOR YEARS, I LOVED YOU. I STILL LOVE YOU. But then you went away, you dubbed me for someone else. You are my life support, you are my happiness, but you're not here with me. YOU LEFT AND IT BECAME A LIVING HELL FOR ME... so I'm sorry"
Peter looked down then jumped down. But something caught him. He looked up and saw MJ standing over the edge with his webshooters. There are tears going down her face. Peter looked back down at the sidewalk.
"Petey, I'm sorry. I'm really sorry, I didn't want none of this to happen. Come back up and we can talk about.
"Talk about what, you left me and that it"
"I still love you"
At that Peter looked back up. "YOU'RE ONLY SAYING THAT DUE THE SITUATION I'M IN"
"No, I'm not, I miss you. Your laugh, hugs, our conversations, the way we play around, us arguing, us being in the lab making dumb inventions. I want that back" MJ was full on sobbing by now, she really wanted Peter back, more than anything.
"Then why did you leave" Peter voice was so broken, you can hear every little pain in it.
MJ stopped. "I don't know" she silently let years fall. "Please let me help you, come back up"
"How do I know you want leave again?" Peter looked in at her face, watching the tears go down it.
"Look into my eyes and see if I'm lying" Their eyes met and Peter could see everything. The pain she is feeling. The way her pupils dailate. She does want me back
Peter grapped onto the wall using his powers and slowly climbed back up. Once he got close enough to where MJ can grab him, she tugged him in and hugged him really tight.
They both sat on the ground crying. "Peter I'm really sorry, I'm really really sorry. I don't know what I was thinking, but I'm sorry please don't ever do that again"
Peter hugged her back tighter. "I won't, just don't ever leave me again please"
"I won't"
MJ stood true to her word. She never left once his side. Even during there wedding. The tradition that the groom can't see the bride until she walks down aisle was broken. They couldn't leave each side.
