My Avengers Endgame

The Abrupt Arrival

           Nebula and Tony had been at work for quite a while now. It was the 23rd day adrift in space. They were several light years away from earth and would run out of oxygen by the end of the day. They really would need a miracle to get back home before they both died. Of course Nebula would survive slightly longer due to her mechanic parts. The duo had managed to repair the engine but for some reason the ship refused to start up.

          Tony was currently looking at the engine and trying to find what problems remained. "What's that" he said. Nebula looked at the microscopic piece and saw that it was ship debris. "It's blocking the engine from starting" she said. Nebula yanked it out and told Tony to buckle up. She started the engine and saw that it worked and they continued course for Earth.

          Tony felt quite lightheaded. "I need to rest" Tony told Nebula as he felt like he was running out of oxygen. He quickly passed out on a bed. Nebula realized they were nearing Earth and needed only a few more hours to enter the atmosphere. She patted Tony's almost lifeless head on the bed hoping they would make it back on time. Suddenly Nebula saw a group of escape pods emerge nearby. She allowed one to attach to the Benatar's missing pod spot. The others continued to make there way forwards.

          A woman in armor came and put her sword to Nebula's throat. "I am Valkyrie" she said. "My kingdom has been destroyed and we are the only left of our people. We are making way to Earth. We must find mighty Thor there and restart Asgard" she continued. Half of our escape pods lost members who seemed to have turned to dust" she said. "Well we are going to Earth as well" Nebula said. "We have been adrift in space for the last few weeks and we're out of food and water" she said. "Well we have some food" Valkyrie replied handing it to Nebula.

          Nebula ran over to Tony's bed and woke him. He seemed almost dead as he thanked Nebula for the food and water and finished it within the minute. They hugged as he got up and suddenly an announcement came on the ship saying. "You have arrived in the atmosphere of Earth. Heading to New York City" the speaker said. Suddenly the ship shaked and Valkyrie was shot back in the pod. 

          "Hello Guardians" Ayesha of the Sovereign said as she sat in her throne piloting her ship shooting at the Benatar. Suddenly the pod deployed and she was sent somewhere into the eastern world. Then The Benatar was sent crashing down as Ayesha laughed and turned her ship around. Tony Stark and Nebula were shot out of the ship and in free fall for Earth.
