He started talking to her, just a mumble that I could barely hear.

"This is... happens...defiant...scream...sleep" That is all I heard. She'd occasionaly galnce over and see if I was still there. He turned his back, she was using her eyes to point at something for me to see, she looked awful and I felt bad not knowing what to do to help. I coulder, can't see what she was trying to get my attention at, he finally turned around again. I think he was crying. He injected her with whatever was in the needle, set it down and walked away. I immediatley got up and went towards her. The key to the handcuffs was sitting on the counter along with a couple glasses and a jug of icy lemonade.

"He's expecting company." I said to her.

We got out of the room and started down the hallway. I took her into the waterfall room and sat her down. I shut the door behind me and slowly started to rip of the duct tape. Her lips were red and sore, and dry. She looked exhausted.

"Do you know your way around this buliding?" I asked.

"Kind of, I..." Her voice was soft and innocent. She didn't finish what she was saying becasue we heard men coming through the hallways. She started to cry and I couldn't let her waste our hiding spot, so I shoved her head in the old water. She immediatley pulled her head back up and stopped crying, but the footsteps and manly voices stopped too. It was like the world paused for a second. The door handle started to move... I grabbed the chair and held it up,

"Henry, are you comin'?" The voice of the man said.

"Yeah man, sorry, thought I heard somethin'." THe mystery man shouted back.

We sat in there for a couple more minutes waiting for her to calm down. She said her name was Kali and that she doesn't know how she ended up with that awful man. Suddenly the water fall room door swung open and in an instant the two men were barging in grabbing us. I took Kali's chair and swung it towards their beef heads, which, of course, made them angrier. It was an all out riot. Kali and I were swinging for the man parts and they were trying to gut punch. After a minute or so we finally got them holding themselves while rolling around on the floor. I took the duct tape from Kali's mouth and put it on their mouths, then handcuffed them together through a the smashed room window. I looked back at Kali who seemed exhausted, one of her eyes of purple and blue. She started to fall asleep.

"Kali, don't fall asleep, I need you!" I shouted.

She fell asleep and left me with the meatheads. I looked around and saw that the one with the beard had a gun holster with a gun attached. I grabbed the gun and pointed it (never holding one before, but I wasn't goign to tell them that.)

"Ok scumbags, how do we get outta here?" I spit on their shoes.

"Like we'd tell you, little crap head." the bearded man said.

"I think you have forgotten who has the gun here, and who's tied up." I smirked.

"Oh yeah, you're gonna shoot us with a gun that has it's safety on." the other one said.

"Ok, you wanna play the hard way?" I said.

I whacked them both in the heads with the gun, putting them both to sleep.
