Remind yourself to always love yourself first! It is important. Find friends. Talk to them regularly. Until you find out that your friend is someone fun to share something with or they are someone that you trusted the most. Then you can express your feelings. Don't let your problem affect you. Sometimes, it is good to express your feelings towards them. Considered that some are not comfortable to share problems with parents then find friends. It's hard. But try slowly. They are exist.

You can also find something that you love to do. For examples, hearing music, watch movies and do exercises. The most important is find something that can release your stress. Leave your phone beside. Try to love nature.
