I just heard Zach tell me he loves me? I'm probably hearing things. Whatever.

I text Daniel and ask him to come up to my room. "Hey Jo" he says. I guess he read my facial expression because all he said was "oh, is it about Zach?"

"Mhmm" "So, what happened?" Dani says. "So we were talking and then we started arguing over Hailie because she cheated on him with my ex, Stephanie, who I dated before I came out as gay, and apparently isn't straight either. He was claiming she loves him and shit like that and I said 'Zach, I love you not just romantically but as a friend' and walked up here. As I walked away I'm 90% sure I heard him say he loves me too......... IN BOTH WAYS!" I ramble.

Does Zach actually like me? Did he just say that to be nice? Why did he say that? I thought he loves Hailie?! Ughhhh

"You should probably ask him about it" Daniel says "What's the point of asking him, even if he did say it, it's not like he'd admit it. He'll get defensive and claim his love for Hailie" I roll my eyes

"You don't know that for sure, go talk to him" Dani tries to reassure me. "Fine" I walk out of the room.
