"i don't know, it's your mascara," i rolled my eyes.
"but i have a question to ask you!" i frowned as i heard my younger sister leaping up the stairs.she appeared at my room, breathless.
"come on, there's not that many stairs." i grinned and she gave me a 'c'mon man' kinda look.
"so here's the thing-"
"tell me where my mascara is first." daisy sighed but walked out of my room and into her own. she came back seconds later with my mascara. i smiled as she grumpily handed it back.
i stared into the mirror and opened the black tube as daisy began talking.
"anyways, you know how i bought that ticket to the why don't we concert?" she asked and i replied "mhm."
"weeeell i may have bought one too many." she owned up. i raised an eyebrow.
"okay... whats that got to do with anything?" i questioned and she sighed.
"will you come with me? please?" i raised both eyebrows.
"why can't you ask your friends?"
"they all bought their own tickets. please tristan i can't just let it go to waste, i payed money for this!" daisy whined.
"well you should've been paying attention then." she huffed.
"oh come on tris, please! it'll be a fun sister bonding time." she begged
"you're going with all your friends." i pointed out and she sighed.
"pretty please?" she batted her eyelids and pouted her lips. i sighed.
"alright fine. when is it?" her eyes lit up.
"yay thank you so much! you'll love it i promise. it's next week." daisy hugged me tight and i just rolled my eyes playfully.
"yeah yeah whatever." daisy then proceeded to skip out of my room, whistling along to, i'm assuming, a why don't we track.

the next week seemed to come agonisingly slow for daisy, but for tristan it was just an ordinary week of school and so it flew by.
but the fateful saturday finally arrived, the day of the why don't we concert.

"come on tristan!" daisy pouted."daisy, the concert doesn't start till 5." i gritted my teeth.
"but limelight is at 4." she folded her arms, thinking she got me.
"and it's currently half 1. the venue is 5 minutes away." daisy flopped onto the sofa.
"and i don't think mum will be happy with you wearing that." i gestured towards her small black shorts and red tube top, her face caked in make up.
"happy with what?" our mum walked through into the living room and took one look at daisy, then yelled at her to change into something else.
"but muuum it's what all my friends are wearing!" but mum was having none of it. i had a right laugh watching daisy storm up the stairs.
"you better take care of her at that concert." mum muttered towards me, gazing after daisy. i looked down at her.
"i've been to plenty of concerts, i know what i'm doing." i followed mum into the kitchen, grabbing a glass and filling it with pepsi. i leaned against the counter and took a sip.
