Hisashi Arima. Just your average teenaged boy in high school. Good grades, doesn't get in trouble and has a few close friends. Yet, he learned how to be independent at a very young age. Loosing a mother at a young age can do a lot of things to a child.
"Arima! Earth to Arima-senpai." A girl with brown pig tails and blue eyes started at Hisashi.
"I-I'm sorry did you say something?" He blinked, confused. Had she said something while he was dazing off.
"PE is gonna start, so. Go change." He nodded, before taking his PE clothing out and walking to the locker rooms. The class walked to the gymnasium seeing that the nets were set up.
"We'll be playing volleyball. Start you warm ups!" The teacher yelled, as the students stretched and ran around the court. They paired up into teams and started the game. Arima stood on the side line, watching the game. He would rather play badminton then volleyball, but he didn't choose the games to play. Sighing, he switched into the court.
"Nice Serve Arima!" Someone from the volleyball club yelled. He drippled the ball and spun it in his hands. Taking a deep breath in, he threw it up in the air running towards it. Jumping, he slammed his hand onto the ball, making it go over the net and past the other teams hitting their side of the court.
"ALL RIGHT!" Hisashi's team yelled, causing him to jump.
"I didn't know you could serve like that!"
"Yeah I always thought you were some boring, unathletic musician." Hisashi's eyes widen.
"R-really? I guess I should start doing something other than the violin." He giggled, before they played again.
_________________________________________________________________________"I'm home." The lights where turned off. His father wasn't here. Hisashi went upstairs, setting his school bag down and changing out of his uniform. The silence killed him. He never liked it when it was too quiet. It would remind him of the painful first weeks without his mother. Turning on his phone, he played some music in the background as he began his school work before sending a text to his dad. Focusing on it, he didn't realize how late it had gotten. 4 hours had past and Kousei still hadn't arrived nor had he read Hisashi's text. At this point, Hisashi started to worry. He went downstairs in a rush that he had tripped over his own two feet and face planted onto the wooden flooring. He got up and ran to the door, opening it with so much force, it had scared Kousei.
"Can I ask why your in such a rush." Hisashi looked up, panting, to see his father standing at the front door.
"Ah! Hisashi? Are you o-" He flung himself onto his father, tears sliding down his face. Kousei petted his head, knowing fully well that he had caused his son to become panicked when he hadn't come home at his usual time.
"I-I didn't know where you were a-and you never read my text. I thought- I thought something happened." Kousei smiled, softly petting his son's hair. He was like his mother at times. During their first few weeks of being married, Kaori would worry when Kousei didn't come home or when he didn't reply to her texts."I'm sorry. I promise not to do it again." Hisashi pulled away from his dad only to see he had gotten blood on his shirt.
"Hisashi, you nose!" Turning around to where he had fallen, sure enough there was a stain of blood on the floor.
"I fell." They walked in, as Hisashi pinched his nose to stop it from bleeding. After eating dinner and having small talk with his dad, Hisashi went to the small music room they had in their house. Picking up his violin, he tried playing a piece, but had gotten scared of what was in front of him.
There in front of him was a person with blonde hair and a white dress with her back to him. Hisashi gulped, before asking who she was. She didn't say anything, but just turning her head to look out the window. His mouth went dry and tears weld up. There in front off his stood his deceased mother, Kaori. She was as beautiful as he remembered her to be, her eyes still filled with life and her hair a bright as ever."Hello, Hisashi. It's nice to see how've you grown." She smiled.

FanfictionWhat if Kaori was able to live for a bit longer. What if Kaori and Kousei had a child? Things looked to be fine, but... things don't usually turn out to be what they seem to be. Sorry 'bout that terrible, terrible description. I don't own anything...
