This is a real problem.

Now, don't get me wrong. Making your character good at some things isn't Mary-Sue. Not at all.
Here, let me use one of my own OC's as an example. Her name is Fawn.
Name: Fawn
Age: 17-19
Height: 5"3'
Appearance : Brown hair, blue eyes, freckles. Average weight. She is missing one of her legs and has a prosthetic.
Hobbies: Drawing or Tinkering.
Other: She has panic attacks at some points due to the fact she remembers having her leg cut off.
NOW FOR THE MARY-SUE
Name: Trinity Hope Love
Age: 16 - 21
Height : 5"7'
Appearance : She has pink hair with blue stripes in her hair. Ivory pale, smooth, skin. Bright silver eyes. Super skinny with a fat but ( FATTER THAN NIKKI MINAJI'S BITCHES ) big boobs. Has a hideous scar on her back that magically dissapears whenever she wears her sexy bikini.
Hobbies : She can do everything! Cook, Sing, Dance, Surf, Fish, etc. LIKE A DAMN PRO! Her dancing and singing are always so pretty and graceful.
Other: She has issues because in the past her fish died and she thinks life sucks. BUT EVERYONE LOVES HER ANYWAYS.

No. Just no. You need to form a background on your character, not just make stuff up as you go along. AND NOT EVERYONE ON THIS EARTH IS A FUCKING SUPERMODEL.
MY MAIN PROBLEM IS DURING RP'S.
LIKE, IF YOUR CHARACTER IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE HER ONE OR TWO LITTLE THINGS SHE IS REALLY GOOD AT. HERE IS AN EXAMPLE:
"In art class, Fawn focuses intently on drawing Trinity Love Hope's features. She bit her bottom lip in frustration as her lines messed up."
NOW FOR MARY-SUE :
"Trinity Love Hope's pencil glides across the paper effortlessly as she drew and exact replica of Fawn. She got everything right, and it looked so real it could jump off of the page and totally hug you."
BUT THIS IS ALSO A PROBLEM IN BOOKS:
"Hi! My name is Alice ( No not Bookie's Alice. She is no where near Mary-Sue ) And I am an expert Surfer, Dancer, Singer, and 18 gold medalist!"
or
"Hello! My name is Trinity and I have every magic possible! I am the most strong person and no one can beat me! But I am not the main character in this story - even though I am obviously the most fabulous and amazing, duh!"
THIS JUST PISSES ME OFF! WHY DON'T YOU BASE A CHARACTER OFF YOURSELF BECAUSE NO ONE IN THIS DAMN WORLD IS PERFECT! NOT EVEN FAKE CHARACTERS!
