Nightworld

This is my humble abode

  I started leading Sarahi into a rather dark building.  "Doesn't this count as an abandoned building," sarahi asked.  "It all depends on they way you look at it, to me it isn't abandoned, but to the people around me It is see that's how I stay safer once it gets even darker that's when the real monsters come out to play, vampires were just the beginning of our problems." I whispered this trying my hardest to sound harsh, "We just have to make it to the elavator so we can go to the basement."  "Why the basement isn't a better vantage point higher up in case you need to fight off your enemies."  sarahi was now whispering as well, she spoke quietly and she did seem to get a sudden realization that this was not the world she knew.  I took her into the elevator and once the doors closed in the creepish darkish scaring the heck out of Sarahi kind of elevator, I put my key into the system and turned on "My shelter" everything was running now with pure energy and we were going down very fast the elevator was now totally encased in light, and if you arent used to it you could be blinded for up to 5 mn after the elevator ride.  We fell around 50 stories then came to an abrupt stop, Sarahi fell over , and I was only smiling, but I was considering laughing at her.

        Once we walked into my "bunker"  Sarahi was totally amazed.  Everything looked like it came out of an Iron Man movie (not that I know what that is in this nightworld, not at all)  "Woah, what kind of place is this in an abandoned building,"  Sarahi was in total amazement.  "Like I told you, it's not as "abandoned" as you believed I told you i've been living here for forever, you didn't actually think I wouldn't have at least a decent under ground bunker that keeps me safe from literally all but one monster down here, did you?"  I asked.  "What do you mean all but one monster, oh never mind up until the point where we got in your elevator I thought the best you might have is free wifi to be honest."  "FREE WIFI does not compute, what is wifi." I asked "You're starting to sound more and more suspicious the more we learn from eachother."  "You're telling me you dont know what wifi is?" she was astounded.  "Well no dur why else would you sound suspicious to me." I spat.  "Well how do you even live down here then do you know what a job is?"  she asked.  "WELL OBVIOUSLY I KNOWWHAT A JOB IS, YOU MUST BE A FREAKIN IDIOT."  I screamed. "FOR GOODNESS SAKES HOW STUPID DO YOU THINK I AM?"  "Oh, well um could you just show me where I can sleep, I know you're not stupid, but i'm getting a little tired and i'm sorry for being such a bother."  she said so quietly that i couldn't even hear most of it.

  After I showed her to where she could sleep, I took the elevator up to recon, and go back to my normal buisness.  I walked into my neighborly friendly werewold nightclub because I wanted to see if my boss had anything he wanted me to do for him at the moment.  You see my boss has me send messages to people who owe him or who have upset him in any way, and very ocaisonally I have to kill someone because that's just how life works down here kill or be killed.  "Hey boss i'm back." I yelled so he could hear me once I was in his office.  "Oh, hey Jace I didn't expect you to be back here so quickly, i'm glad you showed you see those vampires on 8th street have been giving my "buisness" some trouble so why don't you take some of my men, and push um around for a little bit."  he whispered in my ear glancing wearily around him to make sure no one had overheard.  "Sure boss i'll handle everything don't you worry about a thing."  I spoke
