Oh dear, not again....

Ruby had got into another fight and was now being chased. By fairies. "Give it back, fish face!" One said. "Stop!" Another said. They were waving their wands rapidly at her. But Ruby was too fast for them! She was racing down the forest trying to at least find the Chameleon. Why were the fairies chasing Ruby, anyway?

She stole a gem from the queen's crown! :O

The chase went on for a while until...

BANG

Ruby had ran into a tree. Now this wa the moment the fairies had been waiting for. They cornered her. "Give the gem back, right now... OR WE'LL MAKE YOU!" They snapped. Ruby was very risky, though. "Make me, then!" She replied, throwing the gem up in the air and catching it, doing this repeatedly. As they were about to cast a spell on Ruby, a Lazer beam caught the fairies into a glass bubble.

They had been trapped by someone. And that person was Gene. "Ruby, what have I told you? You could at least tell us where you're going beforehand," he sighed. Ruby was pretty mad at him. "Hey! I could've done that myself, you know. I didn't need your help!" She said, turning away from him. "Oh yes, you definitely didn't need my help when you ran into a tree and was about to be blasted with... Magic," he replied, smirking. "YOU SMUG- ugh, it doesn't matter. Why did you help me anyway?" She hissed. He sighed, then spoke. "Look, I worry about you, Ruby," he started, "you're always getting into trouble and you worry me. Like you could get hurt..." "You... Worry about me..?" She questioned. "Well yes," he replied. "Wow, I never knew you had a heart," she chuckled. "I do have one!" Gene hesitated, "but that heart is for someone special.." "who?" She asked
