3rd person's P.O.V

Minji was still observing the sunset with sparkling eyes, while Chan next to her fiddled with his fingers nervously. He didn't quite know how he could get her full attention and do the move he's wanted to do for so long now. But eventually he had to build up enough courage...

"Minji?"
The called girl hummed as response and turned her head slightly to the right, locking eyes with Chan. Her expression got serious as she saw the look in his eyes and she turned her whole body around, so they would face each other even better.

"There i-is something I've wanted to say for quite some time now..."
The older gulped and let out an awkward chuckle while she just waited for him to say more. They've almost reached the top of the Ferris Wheel and Minji kinda sensed what was coming, making her insides turn.

"And wh-what is it?"
The two of them continued to just stare at each other. Minji was waiting for Chan to speak up once more, but he never intended to even do so. Instead, his face suddenly started to inch closer to hers and both of them gulped while staring at each other.

Minji's eyes automatically moved down to the older's lips and of course he had to notice that. A slight smirk appeared on his plump lips and his confidence got boosted, knowing that she wanted this to happen just as badly as he did.

And so their lips met eventually.

It wasn't anything passionate or wild, but a rather soft and short kiss. They moved away slightly from each other after a few seconds and stared at the other once again, processing what just happened. As their eyes then met, Chan suddenly grabbed Minji's face softly with his hands and smashed his lips on hers once more.

The kiss lasted way longer this time and the Ferris Wheel rode all the way to the top again. The two of them enjoyed what was happening a lot and were lost in the moment.
To Minji, it felt as if they were made for each other. Their lips fit together perfectly and everything about this seemed to be right. Little did she know that Chan was just as happy right then.

They broke this kiss as well eventually and leaned their foreheads against each other, trying to calm down first and take this moment in. These were their first kisses and both of them couldn't feel any better in that moment.
Chan suddenly let out an adorable giggle and the two looked at each other with sparkling eyes.

"I like you, Minji. A lot to be honest. I know that we aren't talking to each other for that long, but I know what I'm feeling."
The younger girl had tears in her eyes and smiled like a fool at what he said. She suddenly leaned forward and wrapped her arms around his neck, catching him off guard.

"I like you too, Chris. So much more."
The two hugged each other, swelling in euphoria and not believing that their date really turned out like this. Chan had hoped for everything to go smoothly and that's what he achieved.
"So, will you be girlfriend...?"
And guess what? He finally got his girl.

- short time skip -

After getting off the Ferris Wheel, the two of them decided to walk around the park some more. Since it was dark now, everything was lightened with colorful lights and Minji smiled brightly. Chan, being the sneaky boy he is, slipped his hand in hers and intertwined their fingers, causing Minji to look down at them with wide eyes before looking up to Chan with a smile.

The rest of the night was filled with a bit more food and a lot of laughter. The two surely enjoyed this day more than anything and didn't even wanna leave, but of course they've had to eventually.

Making their way out of the park and back to Chan's car. Even during the ride back to Minji's house, the two of them had a lot of fun and sang along loudly to their favorite songs playing on the radio.
To be honest, it all seemed too good to be true.

- another time skip -

Standing in front of her door, Minji turned around to look at the older boy with a smile once again.
"Thank you for today, Chris. I had a lot of fun."
She blushed as soon as she saw him smiling so fondly at her.

"I'm glad. I've hoped for this day to turn out like this and I couldn't be any happier right now."
He moved his hand up to put a strand of her dark hair behind her ear, his hand resting on her cheek right after.

Not wanting to say their goodbyes to each other, he moved down a bit and softly pressed his lips on hers again. Minji smiled right into the sweet kiss and wrapped her hands around his neck while his own moved all the way down to her waist, holding her against his built body.

Breaking the kiss after a few moments, Chan pulled the younger girl into a hug and stroked her back affectionately.
"I'll text you later on or tomorrow. Please rest well and see you soon. Okay?"
Minji nodded with a satisfied smile on her lips and the two pulled away from each other.

Chan pecked her lips a last time, causing her to giggle at his action.
"You rest well too, please?"
He chuckled at what she said and nodded, but surely knowing that he won't have that much sleep this night either. Especially after everything that has happened between the two of them now.

"I'll try, but now get in already. It's getting cold and I don't want you to be sick."
Minji smiled at him and nodded, agreeing to do as told. She gave him one last hug and stared at him for a second, before actually going inside her house this time.
Chan watched his, now, girlfriend with sparkling eyes and waved cutely before she shut the front door completely.

The two of them sighed dreamily at the same time and smiled like idiots while thinking about the latest events. They touched their lips and chuckled to themselves, still not quite believing that they officially were in a relationship now.
And at the same time they said...

"I'm so in love."
