Chapter 25: interrogation

Dante POV:

Hours had passed now and I was still tied up. Zane kept asking me questions, some relevant some not, but every time I didn't answer or I lied zane would hit me.

"Have you been stalking Garroth?" Zane asked me. I stayed silent and looked up at him with tears streaming down my beaten up face. He got ready to hurt me again "OK OK! Please!" I shout. He waits. "Yes...I have..."

Zane POV:

I asked him one last question before I was going to leave him there. "Thank you Dante! You've been a great help!" I walk closer to him "but I can't let you go..." I place duck tape over his mouth just as he was about to scream.

"sweet dreams dante"

Laurence POV:

It was now late at night and me and garroth were just chilling and watching movies until... *knock knock* garroths eyes shot over to the door with panic. "Hey it's ok. It won't be Dante" I could hear his heartbeat getting faster and faster.

"Zane? Is that you?" I shout "yeah! Let me in" I get up reassuring garroth that everything is ok and open the door. "Zane where have you been!" Garroth shouted "just on a business project...I'm going for an early night..." And with that he left.

Garroth POV:

I yawned as Zane left to go to his room. "Are you tired babe?" Laurence asked "no...I'm just...bored" Laurence looked at me and raised an eyebrow "come on. You need sleep!" I groaned as I walked up to my room.

Laurence kissed me goodnight and as he was about to leave the room...

Laurence POV:

"Laurence..." I turned around "yeah what's wrong?" I saw a flow of blush spread on his face "can you stay with me just in case Dante comes back?" I giggle and nod "of course"

I climb into bed next to Garroth and before I knew it, he had snuggled up to me "night babe~" I smiled "night" and with that he drifted off to sleep.

??? POV:

I was walking around my usual place when I heard squeaking "hello? Is anyone there?" I heard a muffled voice. I walked down a flight of stairs and when I reacted the bottom "Dante? What are you doing here! You look terrible!" He looked at me with that look of yeah-I-know.

I walked over to him "want some help?" He nods "you better explain what's going on first" I take off the duck tape "thank you! Right...basically..."
