Chapter 29: regrets and mistakes

Aphmau POV:

I saw Laurence walking over to our house carrying bags and boxes. I immediately open the door and help him. "Laurence what's going on?!" As soon as he placed his stuff down, he burst into tears "Laurence it's ok!" He shakes his head "no it's not!" I walk him over to the couch. "Kawaii~chan! We need cookies!" She runs down the stairs "YES M'AM!"

Laurence explains what had happened and instantly tears up again. "Garroths a jerk! Dante must have been really good at lying for garroth to believe him" Laurence noded. "I'll get Katelyn to talk to him"

Garroth POV:

After I broke up with Laurence, I didn't want to see anyone. I locked my door and closed my curtains. Why did he do that to me! I picked up a picture of us and threw it against the wall in rage. I looked down at the glass and picked up a piece.

I rolled up my sleeves...

"This is what you've done to me you bastard!" I shout as I press the shard against my skin.

Every "I hate you!" Was followed my a cut...

I look down and drop the shard...

I remember...wobbling and then...

Darkness...

Zane POV:

It's been a nearly a whole day and Garroth hasn't been out of his room, not even to use the bathroom. I'm worried about him. I walked up to his room and knocked on the door. "Garroth? It's me...please I'm really worried about you" no answer...

Suddenly, there's a knock at the front door "come in!" I shout. Katelyn walls in "where's Garroth!" I point to the door. She walks up to it and knocks "Garroth open the door!" No answer "Garroth! Open.the.door!" She steps back and kicks the door.

No ones POV:

Once Katelyn had knocked the door down, they walked in.

The room was dark...

The curtains were closed...

Shards of glass scattered across the floor...

"Garroth..."

I turn on the lights...

Across the other side of the bed, blonde hair was sticking out over the top...

They walked slowly over...

"Garroth?"

Zane POV (again):

I looked down at Garroth and noticed spots of blood on the carpet "Garroth are you ok?" Katelyn point down "look..." Garroth why... I grab his hand and turn it over to reveal multiple cuts. "Garroth?!" I notice he isn't awake "Katelyn call 911! Garroth please!"

A few minutes later...

Laurence POV:

I hear sirens and look out the window. I notice an ambulance parked outside garroths house. "Garroth...please don't be for you..." I run out and across the road just in time to see Garroth being taken out on a hospital stretcher. "Zane what's going on!" Zane runs into the ambulance with him "Katelyn will explain"

Katelyn slowly walks over as the ambulance leaves. "Get in the car" I nod and climb in "APHMAU! KAWAII~CHAN!" They both run out and join us.

As we reached the hospital I see Zane waiting. "Katelyn explained...I'm so sorry" tears form both our eyes "no it's not your fault. It's Dante's"

An hour later...

Zane POV:

A nurse walks over to us "well..." "he's ok. He's breathing again. He was just unconscious after too much blood loss. You may go and see him just be careful" we all nod and walk into the room. "Laurence wait outside a second" He nods.

"Garroth...it's me" he looks at me with tears in his eyes "I'm so sorry Zane" I walk over and take a seat "Hey, it's alright." I look over to the door "you can come in now" Laurence slowly walks around the door.

Garroth POV:

Why is he here? "What do you want?" Tears form his eyes "I'm sorry! It wasn't me in that photo! Please believe me. I lo-" "I don't want to hear it" Zane looks at me "garroth. He's telling the truth. It wasn't him!"  I look at Laurence "Zane can you leave for a second..." he nods.

"Laurence...please tell me the truth" he looks at me "it.wasnt.me." I look away from him.

Laurence POV:

"Lier..." I walk up to him and grab his face "if I was Lying and actually kiss that jerk would I do this!" I smash my lips against his. I pull away noticing his eyes widen "Garroth...I'm...I'll go..." I go to walk away when...

"Laurence I...im sorry...I...lo-" suddenly he stops breathing "Garroth...GARROTH!" I run over to him "HELP SOMEONE PLEASE!" Nurses and doctors surround him...

I get taken out by a nurse...everyone walks over to me...what have I done...
