Vampire?

The Past

 1620, Alaska

"It's ok. Happens to all of us."

Taehyung was currently crying into a neck of a dead deer. Blood was dripping from his mouth and was splattered everywhere.

Seokjin sighed and moved closer. He stroked Taehyung's back, trying to calm him down. This was his third time crying over a deer he went overboard with. 

"J-Jin I'm so s-sorry!  I was just so hungry!I got carried away again and I overdid it on Morty!"

"Morty?"

"Yes, Jin! Morty! I killed Morty!" Taehyung shook the deer as if he were trying to revive it, making bits of blood fly everywhere. One drop managed to get on Seokjin's cheek. 

The male looked over at the other weeping. His neck and mouth was covered in blood. Taehyung really was a messy eater.

"Taehyung it's alright. No one blames you, you're just hungry."

He pulled in the other into his chest and stroked his soft hair. Seokjin ignored that he probably was getting his clothes all stained and that it would be a bitch to take out. He hummed a light song and waited till Taehyung's cries were reduced to sniffles. 

"What if that was a real person Jinnie? What if I kill someone?"

"Taehyung." Seokjin said in a whisper. He pulled back and lifted the other by his chin gently. "Look at me Taehyung. You're one of kind ok? You're so sweet and caring and I know you'd never meant to hurt that deer and you will never hurt a living person. You're not a monster Taehyung. You and I are not monsters, just hungry."

Taehyung  could only nod.  Rubbing away the tears in his eyes. Seokjin gave him sweet smile, he cooed at how Taehyung looked like a lost puppy. 

"Now let's go home and get you cleaned up."

September Late 1955

"Please write."

"Hoseok we can't guarantee that. You know how war is, it's frantic."

Hoseok sighed and only nodded. He rubbed the nape of his neck and just looked at the two males sitting at his table. 

"I just can't believe both of you were drafted, it's unfair!"

Taehyung grabbed Hoseok's hand and held it in his own. "It's life."

Seokjin looked at his watch and nudged Taehyung's arm. "We better get going or we'll miss our train for the camp."

Hoseok hummed and all three of them stood up. Rose made her way from the kitchen and hurried towards the males who were walking out the door. 

"Wait! At least take these before you go! Who knows when will see you again and I know how much of a sweet tooth you two have."

Seokjin and Taehyung smiled sweetly at the female as Hoseok wrapped an arm around her shoulders, pressing a chaste kiss on her temple. "Please take some."

Taehyung laughed "Rose, you always do try to fatten me up whenever I come over."

"A happy man is a fat man."

They all laughed, cutting some of the heavy tension that was there before.

Rose put the freshly bakes cookies in baggies and handed towards the two at the entryway. She gave them a small hug and left not wanting to burst in tears in front of everyone. She excused herself and left her husband to have a moment with the two.

"This isn't goodbye, we'll meet again." Taehyung raised his right hand.

 "I promise."

"Jimin how the fuck did you get invited to an upperclassmen party?"

"Duh it's cause of Joonie!"

"Oh, the new boy toy?"

Jimin frowned.  "He's not a boy toy I actually like him. You really need to get laid Yoongi, you're really mean when you don't."

Yoongi rolled his eyes and looked over at the youngest who was beginning to apply some lipgloss. He raised his brow, "Jungkook why are you getting so dolled up?"

The said male immediately turned red. Jimin smirked. "Cause Kookie here might actually talk to his crush."

Yoongi's eyes widened. "You have a crush?"

"It's no one," Jungkook's reply was barley audible.

"Please, every time Jungkook sees him getting coffee he begins to drool. Never knew Kookie had a thing for guys in scrubs!"

"Wait! He's a doctor?! Then why the fuck is he coming to his party?"

Jimin grinned. "Well appertntly Namjoon is working his residency in the same hospital as him  and..." Jimin got closer to Yoongi and began to nudge his elbow. " He has a brother, and they're both young, single, rich doctors."

Yoongi noticed the suggestive face Jimin had plastered on his face. "So?"

Jimin sighed. "Jeez you're so dense. Two hot fucking brothers who are single and ready to mingle! You and Kookie will definitely be getting laid tonight!"

Yoongi scoffed and slumped back onto the bed " Jimin you dream too much. I bet after tonight we will never see those two again."
