I slowly opened my eyes and saw Daniel with a big smile on his face.
"Thank God! You're awake." He exclaimed very happy and I gave him a small smile.
I saw Corbyn and I tried to sit up to talk to him, but when I made the move to get up, I fell into the bed with pain in my shoulder and then I remembered why I was in the hospital... Maggie!
"Slowly, Julia! You can't make any fast moves, you left the surgery just a few hours ago." Corbyn told me.
"Am I going to be okay?" I asked him.
"Well, the doctor said yes and that you need to be strong, especially now."
He said it with a big smile on his face.
I thought he was mad at me for hiding my relationship with Daniel.
But no.
He is happy, as if nothing had happened.
I'm very confused...
"What are you talking about?" I asked him.
He looked at Daniel, who kept smiling like crazy.
"Can I tell her?" Corbyn asked him.
"Of course!" Daniel agreed.
Corbyn turned to me and sat in my bed. He took my hand and looked me in the eyes.
"I'm going be uncle!" He said very excited.
I'm getting more and more confused.
"How are you going to be an uncle? Do we have any more siblings, and I didn't know?"
He and Daniel started laughing.
"I don't know where the joke is." I told them.
"Julia, you're pregnant!" Corbyn said.
