Aaron was standing in Derek's loft when he felt his phone buzz. He took it out, getting a sort of shock when he saw it was Scott calling. He cleared his throat and lifted the phone to his ear, "hello?" He asked hesitantly.
"Hey, Aaron." Scott said back softly. "Um, I was just calling to ask if you wanted to go to a party with me?"
Even more shock spread throughout his body. "Oh? Like just me and you?" He questioned.
"No, no, no. Stiles will be there to!" Scott exclaimed awkwardly. "I - I wasn't asking you out. You, uh, you have a boyfriend so..."
This was an awkward conversation Aaron hadn't wanted to have. He cleared his throat and shifted from foot to foot. "Uh, I would but I've got things to do. Sorry..." He trailed off.
"That's okay! I just wanted you to get an invite. If you change your mind, uh, just text me... or whatever and I'll give you the address." Scott spoke out quickly before ending the phone call.
Aaron sighed and put the phone back in his pocket. His heart was beating fast from just hearing Scott's voice and he hated it.

"You know, I'm starting to not like this idea." Isaac said as he paced back and forth in front of the large window. "It sounds kind of dangerous. You know what? I definitely don't like this idea and I definitely don't like him."
"I second that." Aaron spoke up from where he was standing with his back rested against a pillar, staring at the back of Derek's head.
"You'll be fine." Was all Derek said. "Does it have to be him?" Isaac whined. "He knows how to do it, I don't." Derek replied bluntly.
"But I don't trust him or like him." Aaron pointed out. Derek didn't even look away from the book he had his eyes glued to. "It would be more dangerous if I tried doing it myself."
"Aaron doesn't trust him and I personally trust Aaron." Isaac said firmly, making Aaron smile at him softly. "Do you trust me?" Derek asked in annoyance. Isaac hesitated for a moment before saying, "yeah but I still don't like him."
"Nobody likes him." Derek mumbled. As the loft door began to open, Aaron growled, smelling the scent of who it was.
"Boys, just an fyi, coming back from the dead has made my abilities somewhat impaired but the hearing still works so I hope your comfortable saying whatever it is that you're feeling straight to my face." Peter said, coming to stand in front of them with a smirk
