Walking down the stairs I hear laughter. Everyone is seated at the table.
"Hey Sky, we were waiting for you to come down. What were you doing, scuba diving in the shower?" My brother jokes.
"Yes, I was looking for your manhood. I think you lost it when you sang to Katy Perry." I said sitting beside him.
We start eating dinner and the parents are talking about something that has to do with politics. I feel someone staring at me and the only person it could be is Nikolai. Maybe if I look away, he will just stop.

"There was no moment," I say glaring at my brother.

Just when I when I was about to respond Nikolai's mom starts asking me questions.
"So Skylar, what grade are you in?"
"I'm a senior at Northern Heights."
"Oh really. Nikolai will be going there too as a senior. This means you guys will see each other a lot."
"Yeah, I guess."
I start feeling something climbing on my leg. I look at Nikolai and see him smirking at me.
"What do you plan to do when you're done with high school?"
"Oh, I plan on um going to college and major in photography."
Nikolai's foot keeps rising higher and higher. It's getting harder and harder to concentrate on anything and I'm starting to feel hot, especially down there.
