Chapter - 7

Avni went home on neil's insist, but her soul and heart was missing. She became lifeless after suhana went missing. As if someone has stolen her breathe. She cant survive without her precious daughter...who is her only world.

Neil on the other hand has left all his work aside...and diverted all his focus only in search of suhana...because for him also, its the safety of a child that matters the most.

He asked people in the park if anybody has seen the kidnappers or noted the cars number. But no one had any clue about the same.

He tried his level best but no clue found.

Night

Its 10 30 at the night and Neil was still not home. He wants to find suhana at any cost.

After all, how can he sleep when a little girl who is just 4 years old is missing.

And how can he sleep seeing a mother who is away from her daughter...and had shown so much trust on him.

On the other hand Avni was also sleepless.

Sleep was far away from her eyes....after all how can she sleep when she knows her daughter must be crying and waiting for her mother to protect her.

Avni cried holding suhana's doll in her arms. Suddenly ahe recieved a call.

She picked up the phone restlessly...hoping that it must neil and he must have found suhana.

Avni : H...h..helo..n..neil...tum..tumhe suhana mil gayi..mil gayi meri bachi..b..bolo neil...

Caller : Suhana mere paas hai...

Avni's expression changed. She gets nervous

Avni : k...k...kaun ho tum...

Caller : Main kaun hu....YE TUM JANTI HO...Or Suhana mere paas kyu hai....ye main tumhe btata hu....KYUNKI....MAIN USKA BAAP HU.....OR maine yahi kehne ke liye phone kiya tha....ki tum suhana ko bhul jao.....AB VO KABHI TUMHE VAPAS NHI MILEGI....

With that caller cuts the call.

Avni was taken aback. For few minutes her senses stopped working.

Avni "K...k..ka...kabir.....m..meri beti kabir ke paas hai..."

Avni gets more worried and feared hearing that....its none other than Kabir...who has kidnapped suhana.

Avni gets restless...and panicked. She started crying

"Main...main kya kru ab...kaha dhundu apni suhana ko....
...vo kabir..vo kabir meri auhana ke saath kya krega....pta nhi kaisi hogi meri bachiii.....and she cried and cried.

......

Unable to wait even for a second...avni reached police station. She found neil still their trying his level best to get clue of suhana's whereabout.

Neil noticed avni, entering police station in a shatteres state.

Neil gets shocked

Neil : Avni...tum is waqt..yaha ...?

Avni (crying) : Meri..meri beti uske paas hai....she said in front of neil.

Neil gets confused. Avni's state was more than worse...showing how nuch she us longing for her daughter.

Neil : Avni....kya keh rhi ho tum....kiske pas hai tumhari beti ?

Avni reminsces kabir and his words. She starts shivering, in the fear of losing her daughter.

Neil noticed her panicking. He immediately held her by her shoulders.

Neil : Avni..tum theek ho...kya hua..itni khabrayi hui kyu ho...Avni speak up..tell me...?

Avni looks up in his eyes slowly...

Avni : m..meri beti...uske paas...v..vo...k...k...ka..kab.......and suddenly her vission got blurred...and she fainted.

Neil gets shocked...he held her immediately and protected her from falling.

Neil (patted her cheeks) : Avni....avni......avni..

Neil called for help...but there was no one around. He picked her in his arms and sat inside the car with her...and drove her to the hospital.

In hospital

Doctor came out after examining Avni

Neil : Doctor...How is she ?

Doctor : She is fine now. There is nothing to worry.

Neil : Thank god....Can i meet her now.

Doctor : Yes sure. Take care.

Docror left. Neil entered the room where Avni was lying on the bed.

He sat next to her

Neil thought
"Na jaane aisa kya hai...jo ise itna pareshan kr rha hai....
Kuch to hua hai iske saath.....ki iski aankho me itna dard hai."

Neil kept on looking at her. He reminsce the pain in her eyes. Whenever he has met her...everytime he had noticed that pain in her eyes.

After some times Avni opened her eyes

Neil : Avni...

Avni looked at him " Neil...vo...meri beti..."

She still has that pain in her eyes.

Neil held her hands..

Neil : shhh...Avni...relax. Doctor ne tumhe koi bhi stress lene se mna kiya hai......So please keep calm.

Avni nodded slightly but she cant help her tears. Her eyes automatically got filled with tears.

In these few days only....Neil got emotionally attached with Avni.
He could not see her tears now.

Neil slowly wiped her tears from her cheeks. He held her hands and said looking in her eyes.

Neil (holding her hands) : Avni...Main vaada krta hu....Suhana ko dhund ke tumhare paas vapas leke aunga.....
I promise...vo jo bhi hai jisne use kidnap kiya hai...main use nhi chdunga.

Avni looked in her eyes

After so many years Avni met a person....who is ready to help her.

Her mind refused to trust him...as all the mens she had trusted in her past had broken her trust.

But her heart wants to trust Neil. She saw some hope, in the form of Neil.
