Chapter 8

3rd Person POV:

JungKook sets the overpriced blouse on the counter

The young lady behind the counter smiles at him

"A gift for your pretty girlfriend?" She asks

JungKook blushes and chokes on air

He scratches his head awkwardly and laughs

"Yeah...you could say that..." He says, not really finding the right words

The lady smiles and scans the blouse

JungKook sighs and swipes his card

This will definitely leave a big dent in my card

At least I don't have to pay for rent for a month

The lady bags the item and hands it to JungKook

"Have a nice day and please do come back!" She says

JungKook throws her a kind smile and walks away looking for Taehyung

He finally spots the brunette and walks towards him, to see him examining a fluffy pink sweater

"I think that would look good on you Tae." JungKook says, scaring the boy half to death

"You scared me!" Taehyung whines and pouts

JungKook's heart races as he examines how plump and delicious Tae's lips looked

"You bought something?" Taehyung asks examining the bag

JungKook peels his eyes off Taehyung's lips and glances at the bag he was currently holding

"Huh? Oh yeah. It's um..a gift." He says

Taehyung smiles

"Oh? For who?" He asks

JungKook scratches his head

"Uh..for my mom! Yeah, my mom." He says

Taehyung nods and hold up the pink sweater for JungKook to see

"How do you think this will look on me?" He asks the latter

One though of Taehyung wearing the oversized fluffy sweater has JungKook blushing madly

"Oh, um. I think it will look good." JungKook says

Taehyung's eyes light up

"You think so?" He says looking at the sweater

"Mmhm." JungKook nods

Taehyung smiles

"Then I'll take it!" He says and skips over to the register

JungKook then remembers what he just bought

I literally just spent my whole life's savings on a blouse

After going to the Gucci store the two boys decided to head back home as Taehyung was whining that he had a headache

JungKook ran into the home looking far and wide for headache pills

He was willing to do anything it took to get his baby feeling better

He searches through all of the different cabinets and finally finds pain killers

Close enough

JungKook runs over to Taehyung who is currently sitting on the couch

"Here." JungKook hands him the bottle and a glass of water
